The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a GE Profile refrigerator and dishwasher, and a glass-top stove. All the pots and pans are stainless steel, and you will find every gadget and tool you could possibly need.
The beautifully decorated dining room easily seats eight people around the teak dining table for those long, lazy vacation meals. It also looks wonderful by candlelight - cozy or romantic and is the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails.
The large, airy living room has a 27-inch flat screen HD TV, HD cable with DVR, VCR, DVD, a stereo with radio (so do not forget to bring your favorite CDs) and very comfortable sofas to relax, listen to music, read a book, or have a nap. The living room has a large sliding glass door to a covered balcony which overlooks Callalisa Creek and the abundant marine life. The view from this fourth floor balcony is truly spectacular and very peaceful.
The plush and comfortable master bedroom has a king-size bed with pillowtop mattress, a 30-inch LCD flat screen TV hung on the wall, and a DVD. The roomy and gorgeous master bath has dual sinks, a large hedonistic tub, and a separate, oversized, glass-enclosed shower.
The second bedroom has been decorated to provide a relaxing and sensationally glamorous retreat. The wonderful four-poster queen-size bed and gorgeous furniture will not disappoint. There is also a private bathroom with shower and tub, a TV with DVD, and a spacious closet.
The elegant third bedroom is beautifully furnished with twin beds, a 20-inch television and VCR, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with shower.
The fully-equipped laundry room has brand-new full-sized appliances, washer/dryer, and iron and ironing board, as well storage space for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
New Smyrna Beach is a wonderful small town that is filled with unique restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. It offers pristine beaches, an active arts community, golf courses, a marine science center, and all the ambiance of "Old Florida."
Walk to boutique shopping and quaint restaurants along Flagler Avenue while your car is parked safely in your assigned garage space. With miles and miles of sandy beaches and on-property river access, there is plenty of space for surfing, swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, biking, and strolling, making New Smyrna a wonderful beachside destination. It also has many festivals including arts, crafts, and foods from around the world.
If you are feeling adventurous and would like to explore outside of New Smyrna then Canaveral National Seashore, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Deland (great for antique shopping!), Mount Dora, Saint Augustine, Orlando, and Disney World are all within easy driving distance. |
