Our 4 bedroom luxury vacation villa with 2 Master suites, heated pool with jacuzzi and fully-equipped game room is for the family who is looking for a luxury vacation home away from home. It is situated in the prestigious and most sought after development of Calabay Parc and is conveniently located just minutes away from Walt Disney World parks and many other Orlando Attractions.
This newly built, 4 bedroom luxury vacation villa allows you to create the vacation or holiday you deserve. You can kick back and relax in our tropical lanai and pool/spa area after a long day at the parks or 'Get Active' and take advantage of our community amenities such as tennis, basketball, volleyball or golf nearby. You can also pass the time away in our fully-equipped Games Room or pick out a book to read from our library collection.
Amenities: Our guests appreciate vacationing in a luxurious, tranquil setting at the cost of a small hotel room. Our vacation villa offers an open floor plan which allows the oversized Family Room to open up to the Kitchen, Dining and Lanai areas. This is ideal for families with young children.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Our spacious kitchen has all the comforts of home to ensure a hassle-free vacation. It is fully-equipped with all necessary items to prepare fantastic meals. It is furnished with a large, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, all cookware and utensils, dishware and more. Table for 6 in the Dining Area next to the Kitchen with extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
We also have a large Washer and Dryer for your convenience. No need to take home dirty clothes.
Family Room: This oversized room is open to the Kitchen/Dining and 3 interlocking sliding glass doors that go out into the Lanai/Patio/Pool area. The family room entertainment center features a 27 inch Television with VCR/DVD player and stereo system with CD player. There are many DVDs and VHS videos to choose from for your television enjoyment. The sofa in the family room pulls out to a Queen size sofa-bed and sleeps 2 people.
Master Bedroom #1 - This tropical decor bedroom has a King size bed with walk-in closet and opens out to the lanai for private excursions to the pool/spa. It is also equipped with a 24 inch Television for late night viewing. The luxurious en-suite oversized Master bath has a large walk-in shower, double vanity, separate toilet, as well as a Roman tub.
Master Bedroom #2 - This 2nd Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with large closet, en-suite full bath and a 24 inch Television for late night viewing.
Guest Bedrooms #3 & #4 - Both bedrooms have 2 twin size beds and are joined together by a Jack and Jill bathroom (both bedrooms have entrance to this bathroom via pocket doors). Guest Bath also has separate room for toilet and shower/bath tub. These bedrooms both have ample closet space.
Lanai / Pool Area - Enjoy this screened-in area with heated pool/spa for a relaxing swim or Jacuzzi. This area is furnished with comfortable patio furniture for entertaining or sun bathing. No bugs with this screened-in area. Pool inflatables are also here for your enjoyment. For safety, the pool and patio areas are separated with a baby/child fence that protects young children from entering the pool without a parent. We also have an alarm on the sliding glass doors going out to this area for their protection.
Games Room - This air-conditioned room has hardwood floors and is fully-equipped with a 7 ft. Pool Table, Foosball table, Television, Sony PlayStation 2, Dart Board and so much more. You and your family will enjoy a variety of different activities in this room. We also have a great selection of family board games for your enjoyment.
Area: Our villa is located in the prestigious Calabay Parc Community centrally located on Highway 27, approximately 5 minutes from I-4 the main highway from which the Disney , Sea World, Universal Studios and main shopping malls and restaurants are accessed. Drive time to Disney is 10-15 minutes. Orlando Airport is 35 minutes.
Convenient nearby shopping includes Walgreens (Pharmacy), Publix (Grocery), Super Walmart (SuperStore) to name a few all within 5 minutes away. Very centrally located.
