Nice, clean, recently remodeled, studio condominium in the town of Winter Park. On the FREE resort shuttle route or a short walk to restaurants and shopping in town. Listen to the river from your window... no steps to climb, first floor unit with private patio and ski storage closet.
The condominium sleeps two to four on the queen bed and queen sleeper sofa; which, consistent with the studio floorplan are located in the same larger open area and not seperated by a permanent wall. TV with DVD player, free HIGH SPEED INTERNET, full kitchen, woodburning fireplace, and take a seat in the massage chair next to the fireplace after a long day on the ski slopes or bike trails!! The complex has a recreation center. The facility has an indoor pool, four hot tubs, a game room, and laundry facilities.
Located in the town of winter park. Five minutes to Winter Park ski area with free shuttle service, ten minutes to golf, and a 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Year round rental, take advantage of the year round recreational activities the Winter Park area offers.
Unfortunately, our Homeowner's Association (HOA) does not allow renters to bring their pets, sorry (but, we do have dogs, so be aware if you have a pet allergy). A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation with the balance being due 30 days prior to your stay. All major credit cards and personal checks accepted. This is a non-smoking unit.
