Why the Owner Chose River Run, Buffalo Lodge
Have come to Summit County for 20 years and wanted to stay at a place where I could come/go as I want without having to load up the van, catch the shuttle or worry about everybody else. I like River Run as it's first class, upscale and offers a private setting compared to other resorts. With 3 separate mountains, it keeps it interesting on the slopes.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Best part about the Colorado Rockies is the fresh air, temperate weather and sunshine, abundant powdery snow, scenic mountain views and tranquility of getting away from it all.
Good Skiing. Not part of the VAIL Resorts (A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge & Vail) ticket program.
Great social restaurante. Choose your own cut of meat and grill your steak around the fire pit.

As described, the unit was spacious and well equipped. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 tween/teens) to relax without being on top of each other. And having that 3rd bathroom was really great. Also loved access to a washer/dryer right in the suite. The owners have taken good care of this place and it felt like home away from home. Also enjoyed the pool room and large screen TV downstairs, especially during the NCAA final four! Location is convenient to the River Run Village area, restaurants, and slopes. And Keystone is a great home base for driving to other mountains such as Breckenridge, A-Basin, and Vail. We loved our vacation here and highly recommend!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family of three, plus an additional 3 teenage boys spent the Martin Luther King weekend at this fabulous condo. So spacious that we never felt that we were going to go out of our minds stepping over each other. Boys were able to be on their own as lifts were very close. 2 Pool tables in buildings game room were a plus.

Fell in love w/ this unit. Largest 3 bed in River Run. All these years I've always wanted to stay at a ski resort where I didn't have to shuttle/drive/ park/ walk to the slopes. Sure is nice to ski on your own terms and come / go w/o having to wait for the group. Buffalo 8370 is a slice of luxury worth the price. Enjoy!
