What a beautiful condo. Over the years we have rented a dozen or so condo's and this one was the best. Absolutely beautiful, remarkably clean, great view of main channel and just a very high quality and classy place. We will be back

We had such a wonderful time at this condo at Regatta Bay. The view was gorgeous, the accomodations were exactly as described (even better!), and the place was spotless. If I could have gotten an extra day off work, I would have tried to to extend our stay! The best part of our trip is that my daughter got engaged! On one of their walks near the condo, her boyfriend got on one knee and asked her to marry him! Needless to say, the vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks is one that will stay in our hearts forever. Throughout the rental process, the owner was quick to respond to questions. Even after our stay was over, he was quick to reply to my email of thanks. I would recommend Regatta Bay to everyone I know. We will be back!

Well equipped. Enjoyed comfortable stay. Great for brief getaway for my wife, myself and grandsons. Love the location. Property is as described and would recommend for friends and relatives needing 3 bedrooms.

We had a marvelous getaway to the lake largely due to this great condo. It was as clean as could be and the quality and location even exceeded our expectations. We can now stop looking for a place to stay everytime we want to spend a few days, or more, at the lake.

We've been coming to Osage Beach for many years. The last 12 Years in Regatta Bay. This is the fourth condo we've been in and enjoyed it the most. We loved everything about it. The view, the spacious, comfortable rooms, and the cleanliness. I also appreciated the prompt response to our request and any questions I had. As always, the golf was fun, restuarants great, and we (the girls!) love some of the shopping areas. Hope we can get this condo next fall.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. We loved the fantastic view of the lake. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the clean pool and our son had fun fishing too. We would recommend this condo to family and friends!

The pictures are exactly how the condo appears. Lots of room for our family to spread out and everything we needed was there. I already miss sitting on the porch watching the boats go by.

The Condo was great. It was very clean and well maintained with a fantastic veiw from the balcony. The location on HH was convenient to the restaurants, shops and golf courses. Would definitely stay there again.

My family stayed at this condo the week after Christmas and it was perfect for us. The owner was always very prompt with answers to my questions, and replied quickly to my emails. Lots of room for a family of 4. We enjoyed the clean, quiet environment. My husband and son played golf, my daughter and I shopped, and at night we enjoyed dinners together and played games. It was an awesome place to just hang out and we would highly recommend it. It looks exactly like the pictures and the view of the lake is just amazing!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Christmas at Regatta Bay was a wonderful experience. The condo was very well appointed, very comfortable and prefect for our family. The shopping outlet mall was a fun time on the 26th. We enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and playing board games. We had a great time in a great condo.

Very clean and neat! Smartly decorated in a nautical theme. Great view of the lake! Condo is right above boat docks. Accomodating owners. Furnished with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous vacation. Located 10 miles from outlet mall. Several grocery stores within 5 miles. I hope to have an opportunity to refer others to this condo. A great getaway...would be awesome in the fall as well as summer!

We had a great experience renting this condo. Owner was very good to work with and prompt in email responses. The condo was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. When my adult children arrived to stay with us their initial response was "WOW". We especially enjoyed the screened in porch attached as we had one day of rain and we were still able to be outside. I'd recommend this to others.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful vacation ! My children, grandchildren, and I are ready to come back soon. The days were hot and muggy, just right for the pool. Your condo is just great. We had a great time at the condo. Our past experiences in renting a condo have been good and bad - this one was great. We loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The added addition of having a boat slip available for our rental boat was great. Your cleaning folks deserve a bonus ! Wow - we absolutely loved your condo. It was clean, neat, and very nicely decorated. The view was amazing, loved sitting on the patio relaxing and enjoying the view. Regatta Bay is a beautiful development, not many condo developments that you have to slow down on the drive in to miss the deer. We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. Talk to you next spring when we plan our 2010 trips to the lake.

Our weekend birthday celebration for my sister could not have been more perfect. What a marvelous condo. We played cards every night, shopped every day, and could not believe the beautiful views. What a great get-away in a fabulous condo. Our friends, who have stayed here on several occasions, told us that they the condo was great - and they were correct. I need to hire whoever you use to clean the place, it could not have been cleaner. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Our annual holiday shopping trip to the lake was the best ever! In the seven years that we have rented condo's for the annual junket this was by far the best. Of all the condo's that we have rented through VRBO, and others, this place was absolutely spotless when we arrived, had a perfect view of the lake, and was beautifully decorated. Perfect as a fall picture! Cool nights, warm days, morning coffee on the patio overlooking the lake - just what the doctor ordered. What a great view of the lake! Our first stay at Regatta Bay - wonderful! Your unit is so very attractive and so well appointed. It was perfect for the six of us. Loved the screened deck! Lots of laughing, shopping, eating. Great place to relax with an awesome view. Certainly hope to return.
