This 1500 square foot Condo offers not only Winter Park’s Premier Location, but some of the best views in the valley. The unit has underground parking to ensure your car is always safe and secure as you will not need it because everything from restaurants, to bars, to sushi is right across the street. The vacation is a breeze when you step out of you car and ride the elevator to the sixth floor where you step into this three story, three bedroom, and three bathroom luxury condominium.
Step out the front door and hop on the free town shuttle that is only one stop from the ski resort making it a short five minute ride to the mountain. Walk across the street to McDonalds, Mexican food, BBQ, Italian, bakery, coffee, sushi, liquor store, souvenirs, yoga studio, massage clinic, hiking trails, or Winter Park's best nightlife.
The main floor of the Condo welcomes you with a great room, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, sectional sofa, eight-person dining room table, breakfast-bar, kitchen, a patio with views of the ski resort, and eight foot windows that look out over the grand-county mountains and the town of Winter Park. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, sky-lights, Jacuzzi tub, and full-bathroom. The second bedroom is great for two couples or a bunch of kids. It is equipped with two futons with single bunks above them. The loft is furnished with a queen-size bed, reading chair, and bathroom.

We had a wonderful time spending Christmas in Winter Park. The Condo was perfect! The pictures and descriptions on VRBO are accurate. Very comfortable lodging for our party of 9 (included 1 toddler). Layout is great for a bigger group (lets folks gather together or get out of each other's way when needed!) Very clean and well-appointed. Spectacular views! Having the ski-lockers near elevator was nice. Enjoyed the hot tubs. The owners are very helpful and great to deal with, offering us tips on rentals etc. We rented our skis right across the street at Epic Mtn sports. Transportation was easy with the shuttle, with a stop just outside the condo. We had a rental car, but you could easily stay in this condo without a car. The only downside to not having car would be having to take the bus to the grocery store (in Frasier). We cooked in most evenings, had all we needed in the kitchen. Winter Park has always been my favorite ski resort, but it had been over 20yrs since I'd been (lot has changed!), and you can't beat the skiing - still my favorite! You wont be sorry if you stay here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

The condo suited our family of 6 perfectly during a 4 day Christmas ski trip. The kitchen was fully equipped and the large table allowed us to sit together for breakfasts and suppers. We enjoyed the condo hot tubs almost every night. We all got a good night’s sleep every night. The Lift bus stop was very convenient going to and from the mountain. We hardly used our car. One trick we found was using the free Willey’s Cab service to and from the mountain Lift bus stop and the mountain base. This saved us from walking through the Village part of the ski resort. Viking Ski rental had good equipment and reasonable prices. Oh I must mention the red fox which would visit us in the evenings. The fox would sit outside the sliding glass door and watch us in the living room. We had a great time in this is a very comfortable condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

The condo worked out great for us. We had plenty of room, and the location was excellent. The city shuttles to Winter Park Resort made it easy to get to the slopes.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time in Winter Park with the family. We had 6 adults stay in the condo and there was plenty of room. The condo is located right in town and we loved being able to walk to and from the shops. The view from the living room was perfect and we would love to go back sometime. We LOVED our vacation here because it felt like we were at home the minute we walked into the condo! The views from every angle are amazing and it is right in the center of the quaint town of Winter Park. We walked to most of the restaurants and shopping and biked to others. Our favorites were Carver's Bakery and Hong Kong. It's close to lots of sightseeing, too. We went to Grand Lake and drove through Rocky Mountain National Park and were amazed by the beauty of the mountains! It was less than an hour away and well worth the drive. The summer weather was awesome and just what we Texans needed!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had two families stay. The condo easily managed all of us. Good amenities including hot tubes, ski locker, underground parking. Wonderful location. We walked or rode the shuttle to everything from skiing, to shopping, to dining out. Loved the views out the window - overlooks downtown Winterpark, mountains, etc. Photos and listing were accurate. The property was clean. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay in the property again soon! Recommend Viking ski rentals, Izzy's donuts, Hong Kong Restuarant. Skiing is always good at Winterpark.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our family of 7 stayed here during Christmas. It was just perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ample as well as the living area. The views were spectacular. You could see up the main street of WP as well as the Continental Divide. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of useful utensils, etc. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It is a great value for the money!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
