Deep in the hills between St Cyprien and Beynac, this old stone cottage has a splendid view across the countryside. It is in a quiet, peaceful, position but not isolated as there are farms and cottages dotted around the hillside.
Reached by a path from a small local road with no passing traffic apart from an occasional tractor, the cottage is very charming with an excellent terrace and surrounded by large secluded gardens with mature trees and shrubs.
Accomodation : : The ground floor consists of a large dining room and cosy living room with exposed stone and beams and a large open fireplace. The very well fitted separated kitchen has kept its original bread stove. Also on this floor are a large double bedded room, a single bedded room and a bathroom with WC.
From the living room a staircase goes to the attic level where there are another twin bedroom and another bathroom with toilets. Off the lower part of the house is a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed (=2 sleeps), separate from the main part of the house.
Across the courtyard there is an independent stone tower giving a further bedroom with a double bed, ideal for one couple, and a separate WC and sink. Also there is an utilitary room on that building on groundfloor.
The Gardens: : The 2500m² mature garden is the ideal place to relax in while returning from excursions. It offers great views over the unspoilt countryside.
It offers grassy areas to play or enjoy sunbaths and a beautifull terrace area equiped with table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco.

Inter connected is a bedroom with a single bed
Upstairs is a twin bedroom with a private shower room
At garden level there is a famliy bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunkbed. (Note this room is not connected with the rest of the house)

During high season the changeover day is saturday, flexible the rest of the year.
The price is inclusive of all charges, except heating if necessary
The tourist tax is not included in the price. This tax is transfered in full to the village.

Les Molières is an ideal spot from which to explore the pretty riverside villages such as Beynac and La Roque Gageac, seemingly impossibly built into the side of a cliff. The medieval Sarlat, the bastides of Domme and Limeuil, where the Dordogne River and Vezere river met, Les Eyzies and the Vezere valley, are all within a 15miles from the house.
1 mile away is the famous village of Beynac, with its magnificent fortress Château, voted 'one of the pretiest villages of France'.
2 miles away is the picturesque town of St Cyprien, which has a colourful market every Sunday, supermarket, shops and restaurants.
