Sunnyside Cottage was recently remodeled and features an all new kitchen with everything but a dishwasher. It is pine panelled with newly painted trim and the atmosphere is casual with denim covered furniture. The queen bed has all new linens and the newly redone bathroom features a large walk-in shower with glass doors. The towels are all new also. The bunkroom has a double bed bottom bunk with a single bed on top. There is all new carpet with the bath and kitchen tiled.
Special feature is a large screened porch across the front to sit and watch the lake or read. Located half-way down to the lake is a curved bench around a firepit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows if desired. There is a dock and covered boat slip that is lighted. We feed the fish from the dock and fishing in the lake and lake chain is great. This lake is part of Tsala Apopke chain.
Floral City is a small town just south of Inverness and only 12 miles west of Interstate 75. There is easy access to Ocala, the Central Florida Theme Parks and 90 minutes to the Tampa Airport.
