Located in Old Florida Village, Santa Rosa Beach, Panhandle South Walton Beach Area, Florida, this cottage is approximately 50 minutes from Fort Walton Beach Airport. This cottage features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. It sleeps 10 in one king, one queen, a twin and twin over full bunk and and queen sofa bed. Slice of Paradise is a new (2005) pet friendly (dogs only under 30 lbs or under) cottage-style home that is located in Old Florida Village, a new Seaside type community in Santa Rosa Beach from which you can walk to beautiful white sand beaches or enjoy great discount shopping and endless summer time activities. Eighteen miles of bike paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. Slice of Paradise is the largest model in square footage in the village. This Non-Smoking home is beautifully decorated in a West Indies motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort. This cozy get-away boasts three spacious bedrooms, two and one half baths. This house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you will find porcelain tile floors on the first level with carpeted bedrooms on the second level. Porches on both levels are great for catching the sea breezes or barbecuing. The kitchen is outfitted for the gourmet cook and finished with stainless steel appliances and corian counter tops. In addition, there are four combination TVs, DVD/ VCR players to provide entertainment options for the off-beach time of your vacation. CABLE INTERNET ACCESS IS PROVIDED. The private community pool is just a few houses away and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are an easy walk of less than .6 mile. There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area, some within walking distance and Silver Sands, the largest discount mall in the country is a 15 minute drive. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, and trendy shops are just a short walk at Gulf Place. Golf at nearby Sant Rosa Golf Club which boasts two holes overlooking the emerald green gulf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside are just a 15 minute drive down the scenic beach front road. CANCELLATION POLICY: Security Deposit is due within five (5) days of making reservation. Full rental amount plus cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
