Once you arrive you won't need to go back on the freeway as all your amenities are close by. Rocky Point Mexico is only a 3 hour drive, and has beautiful beaches to enjoy year round. We alsohave a house of similar quality in Rocky Point for rent if your interested ina side trip. We rent by the weekend or the week
The area of Litchfield Park is a new area of greater Phoenix, and is reflected in the beautifully landscaped boulevards and shopping centers. It is a quiet part of Phoenix compared to Mesa or central Phoenix. We like being able to get to great places without driving more then 5 mins. Owner Description
We are a family of 3, with one son who is 9. We live in Canada and this is our home away from the cold winters. We bought this house last year with my parents and have enjoyed spending time out of the snow. We usually come down at different times of the year, so the shared arrangment works great. This house has 3 master bedroom suites, so we all get plenty of space. OUr favorite things to do are shopping, going the the Glendale stadium for football games and golfing. We hope you enjoy your stay!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
THis location is perect for getitng to the stadium for games, going shopping while the boys golf of just hanging by the pool. THe golf coarse has a huge pathway system for walks in the evening and the general area is all beautifully landscaped. In fact theres a park area across the street for playing soccar.
