Welcome to our Gulf Front condominium home! Our home is located in Majestic Beach Towers Building 1 on the 4th floor.
If you are looking for one of the nicest condos at a very reasonable rate, you have found your match! We have just (Nov. 2010) upgraded all our flooring throughout the entire condo. Hardwood floors are in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the condo. You won't find that expensive upgrade in many units!
Our condo/home has been furnished above and beyond what you will normally find. Rated at the five-star platinum level, we have spared no expense for ourselves when we stay as well as for you when you choose to stay with us.
A little about our condo tower, Majestic Beach Towers I and II are two of the most amenitized buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feet of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor and two outdoor pools including splash pool and waterfalls, two hot tubs.
Majestic Beach Towers also features a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, fitness center with steam and sauna rooms (fees apply), poolside bistro and bar, and valet, covered parking.
Our spacious, "Demi," four bedroom, three bath (three bedroom with bunkroom) condominium home is professionally decorated with thoughtful attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Want to prepare your own meals? The kitchen in this home features solid surface countertops, GE appliances, built-in microwave, breakfast bar, upgraded cookware, dishes and stemware, right down to the Champagne glasses.
The dining room sits six comfortably and you and your guests will enjoy a wonderful evening eating in.
The living area features nine foot to ten foot ceilings, TV and DVD player and a ceiling fan.
Each of the three bedrooms also features a flat panel LCD TV with DVD player, a ceiling fan, and custom-made bedding including 400-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on the king size bed.
The master bedroom also enjoys Gulf front views and has a very comfortable bathroom with soaking tub and large showers.
The bunk room provides additional private sleeping areas for 2 people.
Wireless Internet service is available throughout the condo and resort (fees apply).

To set the response straight-Much more than a newspaper under a bed. Dirty socks, used soap in shower, dust and grime on end tables, and not a few crumbs, but baked on food in the microwave. I also told the owner that her vendor should refund her for not cleaning the unit-don't charge me for something I did not get. I asked for one free night as a goodwill gesture, but the owner refused to even return my email. I guess the almight dollar takes prcedence over customer service. No, I would never rent from them again.

We were dissapointed when we checked in and found the unit had not been cleaned properly and we spend the first night washing sheets and cleaning the unit. The owner said someone could come the next day to clean--unacceptable for a tired family with children. Very good property and location on a beautiful beach. All the TV's need upgraded, they are not flat panel LCD's as mentioned on the site, and the signal was not clear. This was my fourth time at this condo and this unit gets ranked fourth. I emailed the owner some things that needed attention but never go a reply.
Owner response:Bob informed us that the cleaning was not right and we immediately set-up a time at his convenience when the head of our cleaning staff could come and make things right. He declined and said he would do it himself. Next, we gave Bob a full refund of the $125 cleaning fee that he paid but that wasn't good enough for him. He demanded one free night stay plus the cleaning fee for what amounted to some crumbs in the microwave oven and some papers that had been left by children under the guest bed. Obviously, we didn't give Bob a free night's stay for this and thought that giving him $125 back on his stay was more than reasonable. Instead, he threatened to do a chargeback of his entire stay which of course was just Bob being unpleasant. Anyway, we are confident that anyone wanting to stay in our wonderful condo will be pleased. Andrea

We came down the first week in July with several groups of our friends. This by far was the best condo we have ever stayed in. It is in Tower 1 and on the 4th floor. The decorations were beautiful throughout the entire condo. It was clean and ready for our check-in at 3:00pm as promised. The view was outstanding and when we decide to travel to Panama City Beach again, we will most definitely do our best to rent this same unit.

Enjoyed our stay, the unit was perfect for our large family. Nice decor and comfortable beds allowed for a restful week. Close to all attractions and several restaurants. Would recommend this property.

Let me just say that we had a wonderful time in PCB! The condo was very spacious, we never felt crowded. The decor is fabulous! Very modern and classy. My family loved coming back to the condo at the end of the day to relax and unwind. Majestic Towers is only a short drive from Pier Park and many other wonderful attractions!!

The condo it self was awesome. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults in our party and the two children. The property presents many attractive ameneties and is close to many beach area attractions, restaurants, etc..The property was very busy overall during our stay and it was difficult to obtain elevator service. Fortunately, this unit is on the 4th floor and the stairways in close proximity allowed very easy access to the pool decks and the beach itself. My only negative is the parking deck is somewhat of a hike from the unit itself.

Our 7 member family stayed in this beautiful condo from June 5-12, 2010. We truly loved the modern decor. The plush ammenities made coming back to the room after a long day of swimming & site seeing a pleasure. The ocean was crystal clear with no signs of the BP oil spill. The beach was very busy and everyone was swimming and enjoying the ocean. The water was crystal clear and very warm. On several occasions we took our video camera out into the ocean near the sand bar and filmed brown Sting Rays swimming around gracefully. It was amazing! My sister, 2 kids, & I even went Parasailing which is something we thought we'd NEVER do in the past. It was a wonderful vacation and we truly had a great time! Lisa

Our week in the condo was absolutely amazing!!!! The condo was decorated beautifully, better than any of the other rooms we saw at the Majestic during our stay! We comfortably fit 10 people and had absolutely no problems! The owners were also a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this condo to large groups!
