Why the Owner Chose Ormond By The Sea
I have numerous friends that have bought in the area and I love that the beach is right down the street and being a Harley rider there are not many more bike freindly places than Daytona Beach
The Unique Benefits at this House
The pool ,the beach, the hot tub, the fireplace, the weather I could go on and on. Florida is definately the place to be and north Florida does not have the crowds that S. Florida has and there is always a nice breeze by the beach

We stayed twice this past year and we love this house. Close to everything! Owner is great! Can't wait to come back in 2011! We have a small dog and he just layed by the pool. We equipped kitchen and we cooked a lot of meals in. Missing it as I type this.

We had a great time staying in this home. The location is excellent as it's close to both St. Augustine and Daytona and right down the street from an absolutely beautiful beach. Every day we spent on the beach, we practically had it to ourselves. A far cry from what we're used to at Panama City. I plan on returning here again. The owner was easy to reach, both before we arrived and after, if we had any questions whatsoever. He was an excellent host. My family loved the pool and hot tub and we had more than enough room in the house to stretch out in. Much more than I expected from a rental. It was great. Thank you!

Very nice house and neighborhood. This home has everything anyone could ever want. Rooms were very big and nicely furnished. Kitchen was better stocked than my kitchen back home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Waterfall at the pool was enjoyed by all. Owner was wonderful and called the first night to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this house to anyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was a great house for my husband, my two Golden Retrievers, and me! The house was clean and perfect for our vacation home. We loved the pool and the fact the yard was entirely enclosed for our dogs to safely play each evening. We loved how close it was to Ormond Beach as well as to Daytona and its restaurants. The neighborhood was great and we felt very safe there. For the money we paid, it was truly the best place for us and our dogs. It was better than staying in a cramped hotel room and not having any place for our dogs to play. If this house is available on our next planned trip to Florida, we will definitely rent it again.

The family and myself take an annual springbreak in Ormond, and this house by far has been the best. The house is as advertised, clean and updated. The family enjoyed the pool, hottub and the beach. The house is close to Daytona Beach, but in a residential area away from all the hustle. The owner was very responsive to all communications, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house to friends and relatives.

My family just returned from a week's vacation at this residence. We thoroughly enjoyed it including the use a private pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach. The upkeep of the residence was good and overall well worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the Daytona Beach area.
