  • We found our rental experience at this property last winter all that we could have wanted. It is a clean, wonderful, spacious home with new, comfortable furnishings. Our guests who rented elsewhere could not believe the value that we had in this luxury Marlwood Townhome. The owners are very nice, fair-minded and responsive. We surely would have leased again except that we have purchased our own Florida home.
