This is a very cozy unit that is a nine doors from the bay and a 10 minute walk away from the Newport Beach Fun Zone and ferry crossing. Newly remodeled in a Tommy Bahama fashion with nice amenities and comfortable sofa and love-set in the living room facing a large TV set with Direct TV and HBO.
A great room to just kick back and put your feet up on the large coffee table. The covered patio area is rather large and kid friendly. The master bedroom has a queen-size bedroom set with dresser and night stands. The other bedroom is set with two bunkbeds, twins over fulls.
There is ample closet space through out the house. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and and mirrored closet doors. The living room, kitchen, and bath are tiled with both bedrooms being carpeted. The unit is kept very clean and well maintenced.
