We stayed at the property for 12 nights during December 2011. There were 4 adults and 2 children aged 8 years and 21 months. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is spotless, well maintained and well appointed. We had everything we needed in the condo and for the beach. There were lots of toys for the children to play with. The grounds, pool and BBQ's are well kept and cleaned daily. The master bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The property is only a 10 minute walk to the Wailea shops where you can get great cocktails at the cheeseburger restaurant during happy hour for $5. There are several fantastic beaches within a 5-10 minute drive - we frequented mainly 3. Wailea, Palaeau and Poolenalena which are all safe for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property for couples and families.

Thank you the so much for sharing the amazing condo with us. We had such a fabulous time and the condo was perfect – the beach gear, the lovely decor, the kitchen, the DVDs....and just everything else made us feel right at home. We were so comfortable that some of the days we just wanted to hang out at the condo in the evenings. Everything is exactly what the listing depicts or better. The condo is well maintained and clean, and at a perfect location to visit the numerous beautiful beaches in the Wailea area. Kihei is only minutes away for more casual dinning and shopping choices. Jan was always prompt and helpful with all the inquiries and transactions. We definitely would like to stay there again and would recommend this property to friends and families.

Perfect Holiday

Spacious,clean, very well equiped with extras such as beach umbrella, beach chairs and cooler. The beds are superb and the sunsets from the lanai are magnificent. The condo is in a great location and is well set up for two couples. it is obvious that the owners care about it. We had a perfect holiday.

Great condo for a family

My husband and I stayed in Maui for a week with our 9 month old son and 4 other adult family members. We had a great time! It was remodeled and clean and spacious. They had everything we needed from pack n play to snorkeling gear, towels, sheets, baby toys, laundry detergent, laundry baskets, small cooler, rice cooker, etc...so many amenities that I can't even name them all! We cooked in the kitchen every night and/or grilled on the BBQ right downstairs by the pool and enjoyed a family dinner together while talking, laughing and watching the Olympics. The balcony view was gorgeous and we appreciated the close proximity to the pool & BBQ. The pool was not heated but most of the time it was warm enough. The parking spot was conveniently right in front. It was also close enough to walk to the bus stop and shops. The wireless access was much appreciated too. We really enjoyed our stay - thanks!

We had an incredible stay during our two week vacation, thanks to these wonderful accommodations! Not only was the condo conveniently located (literally less than a minute's walk to the kids' pool, a few minutes drive to Wailea's terrific beaches, and minutes to all the shops, eateries, and stores of Kihei), but was appointed with all the quality and lifestyle details of our own home. From the kitchen, to living area, to lanai, to the bedrooms and bath, you won't be disappointed! Value-added perks such as snorkeling and beach gear, a nice variety of movies, classic board games, and up to snuff media gear helped make indoor time a real treat. This was our first trip to Maui, and we'll be back at GC #42.

My husband I got married in Maui on April 4, 2009 and spent our wedding week at this condo along with another couple - our friends who were in the wedding. We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo. While I notice that most reviews discuss family acceptability - we can attest that this was the perfect condo for 2 couples to split. Both bedrooms were comparable in size and space and the entire unit is wonderfully decorated. The layout of the condo (room-wise) is also perfect - and you can't hear a single thing between bedrooms as they are separated by the living room/kitchen. The location of the condo is perfect - we were able to walk to the Shops at Wailea and get around just fine. We had other family staying on the island at other condo complexes as well and they were all very jealous of our condo - we certainly picked the best one!

To Terrie and Dave-Where does one start? I have never stayed in such a well-equipped unit. Everything and more is here. For my family to come and make this our home for 12 days and have so many convenient items and treats at hand was phenomenal. The décor, sophisticated yet homey, all the unique items like snorkel gear, jackets for Haleakala and gloves- so thoughtful. The boogie boards, the spices for cooking- I could go on and on. For celebrating the wedding of my son here, with all the activities of the week, to come home and sit on the lanai and relax with the magnificent ocean view, few could ask for more. Great for grandparents and a small family. I so enjoyed my own master suite, with bathroom and lanai. The unit was will equipped for an infant and/or small children. The remodel was beautiful, clean and most importantly the beds were very comfortable. We never went to the beach so I have no idea if it is with in walking distance. We enjoyed the lanai and the pool. I would stay again!

We just returned from a stay at this condo and it was far and away the best one we've stayed at on Maui. It truly exceeded my expectations in many ways - beautiful decor, extreme cleanliness, state of the art kitchen (with all the kitchen tools and appliances you can think of), the list goes on and on. It's also a prime location in Wailea, minutes from awesome beaches and close to shopping. Another bonus for parents: the condo has kiddie supplies, toys and beach equipment for the little ones so you don't have to bring anything or buy your own. The owners of this condo have truly put their heart into making this unit both comforting and a luxury. If you stay here, you won't regret it (and you won't want to leave!).

When we decided to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in Maui we did not realize how great it would be. Your condo is wonderful. The bathroom are large and there is great water pressure for our showers. The beds soooo comfy. We could not have found a better place for us to stay! The ocean view was great and we loved watching the sunrise as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The sunsets each evening were spectacular. You condo is so light and fresh and had everything we needed. We enjoyed driving through the lava fields and enjoyed big beach for it's sand and surf. The early morning trip to Haleakala Crater is a must. Take the jackets it is very cold up there. You need two day to enjoy the road to Hana. We came to snorkel and found the rock beach in Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve the best. Lahaina is a fun place to shop. Very busy but fun. We will not wait anohter fourty years to come back. Jim and Janet Burrell

We just returned from spending our honeymoon at your condo. Everything was brand new and beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the view is just spectacular! We could not have been happier with our choice of accomodations! We also appreciated the special aloha basket full of goodies that was waiting for us when we checked in...we will definitely be back!
