"Près du Lac" is perfectly situated for a fun-filled holiday or a quiet relaxing stay.
Nestled on the desirable Sunrise Lakes location, "Près du Lac" offers a peaceful location overlooking a lake and woodland, but is just a short trip to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a games room and a laundry room, our spacious vacation home sleeps up to 11 guests.
The living/dining room is furnished with comfortable, quality furnishings, which include a large sofa, love-seat and chair, with a dining table and chairs, perfect for more formal dining. The additional family room includes a ceiling-fan, two large leather sofas, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, and a media niche with cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system - so you or the kids can watch your favorite movies and shows, or listen to your kind of music.
Step out from the family room on to the sun-drenched deck that surrounds the 14 by 28 foot sparkling pool with raised spa that cascades into the main pool. The deck and pool are perfect for a relaxed day soaking up the Florida sunshine or cooling off in the pool. The stylish pool furniture includes reclining chairs with stools, for sunbathing, and a parasol, a table and other chairs for dining al fresco. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and both doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Wake up to views of the lake and step straight onto the pool deck from the master bedroom. This large bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, armoire and nightstands with a telephone, plus an en-suite bathroom, with double mirrored vanity unit, toilet and a bath with separate shower.
The second bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands and a cable TV, and shares a family bathroom with a double mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet.
A third bedroom is great fun for the kids - with a "Pyramid" bunk (full below and twin on top), or offers additional flexible sleeping accommodation for adults. It includes cable TV and DVD player. The final bedroom offers two twin beds,cable TV, nightstand and a portable Boom Box. All the bedrooms have closets, lamps and clock radios.
Finally, sleeping accommodation at "Près du Lac" is completed by the sleep sofa in the family room which can be converted to a queen-size bed should you need the extra flexibility.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need for a quick and tasty snack, or that specially prepared family dinner. Eat at the table in the nook area or sit at the breakfast bar as an alternative to the dining table or poolside table.
The games room is equipped with a pool table, ping-pong and an electronic dart board. There are also a number of board games available for you to enjoy. |
