Vanderbilt Yacht and Racquet Club in North Naples, across the street from the North end of Vanderbilt Beach. It is on the third floor (fourth story) of a 12 story building with view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can watch the spectacular sunsets from the screened-in lanai. Right across the street from the beach with deeded access. Only 100 yards from the beautiful white sand beaches of southwest Florida.
This unit has two bedrooms and two full baths, 1500 square feet with a 200 square foot screened-in lanai. The guest bedroom has two double beds and the master bedroom has a Simmons pillow top king-size mattress. Both bedrooms have a TV and VCR/DVD player. All appliances are clean and new. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dinnerware, glassware and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All rooms have been freshly painted. The carpet and blinds are new as well. As of October 2009, the bathrooms have been totally renovated. New tile, marble and granite throughout.
The property has two tennis courts, covered parking, gated and security code access to the building. It has a large pool with a view of the bay and a Tiki hut deck by the boat docks for grilling out and dining bayside.
Delanor Wiggins State Park is just walking distance to the north and provides the opportunity to observe some of southwest Florida’s nature habitat.

I've been vacationing in Naples, FL for nearly 30 years and have always enjoyed the area. It's my home away from home and my favorite place to relax and re-charge my batteries. I love the beach, Gulf of Mexico and awesome weather. Most people in the area are very friendly and helpful and I have quite a few friends from Ohio that now live in the area.
