FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA FOR OUR GUEST - Edgewater Beach, Florida Condo

Our unit over looks the ninth hole of the nine hole par three golf course that surrounds the property. It is also the closest to the private walk-over to the beach. You can see the ocean from our unit and be standing on the beach in three minutes (walking). We have leased a double beach chair with large umbrella for our guest.

Edgewater Beach Resort (EBR) is a 110 acre gated resort with 24 hour security on site. EBR offers free tram service to carry you to the beach, and all other resort features. EBR also has a fitness center and beach side restaurants.

There are multiple heated pools (during winter) and two hot tubs. The main attraction is the large Lagoon Pool with tropical plants, with water falls, and pool side service for food and drinks. EBR also has a world class tennis complex, and a huge convention center.

Walk across the street to large grocery store, theater, bowling, billiards, shopping, and restaurants. This is strictly a NO SMOKING, NO PETS unit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Beds	Queen Bed (2): These beds are new and sleep great. Convertible Bed: New sofa and love seat. Sofa pull out into a full size bed.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: With HBO, sports channels, all the news channels, tons of stataion to watch DVD VCR CD Player Private Hot Tub (4): I know of 4 hot tubs, maybe more. Private Pool (8): There are 8 swimmings pools on Edgewater Beach Resort. One very close to our unit. The huge lagoon pool is beside the beach and its very popular with pool side service for food and drink. Shared Pool
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: All major and minor appliances with untensils. Plus we just purchased an expensvie blender for making your favorite drinks. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker Catering Available: Edgewater services has full room service. Plus, they can handle any size catering for any events. We have send many weddings on the beach. Large convention center right outside our back door.
Outdoor Features	Balcony Lanai: Chairs on balcony. I enjoy having coffee in the morning and watching the golfers on the 9th hole.
View/Location	Beach View: Our unit sets beside the private concrete walk over (see pictures) you can see the gulf from our unit. Golf Course Front: Being on the 9th hole is a bonus. When you finish playing golf, you are at the unit...
Communications	Telephone WiFi (Wireless Internet): City Net provides wireless Internet service. They have rates by the hour, day, week, and longer. Or Check with your internet service provider and local dial up numbers.

Suitability	No Pets Allowed Kid Friendly: We lived in this unit for 14 years (part time) and our daughers grew up here. They roamed the resort and was always safe. Edgewater security does a great job. You will feel good about your children on the resort. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 years old or married. Children CAN NOT be left alone for unreasonable length of time and never alone overnight. Our unit is for adults and families only and children left alone will be delt with possible eviction and no refund. Smoking Not Allowed: "NO SMOKING" means "NO SMOKING". Our cleaning service will notify us of smoking order.
