Located on a wooded half acre lot on a quiet cul-de-sac, Split Rock Trail provides a feeling of privacy while offering easy access to everything the four-season Wintergreen Resort has to offer. Boasting a perfect layout for groups and families, Split Rock Trail has a fully furnished great room (living room/dining room/kitchen) on one level and a game room/family room on another. With a dining room table that will seat up to eight comfortably, the house is perfect for families, couples, and groups. Split Rock Trail is ideally located just minutes from all the Resort's amenities, including a path from the back of the house to the hiking trails. A double futon sofa bed in the game room adds sleeping space for two.

- Kid Friendly: The house is very kid friendly, with high chairs, step stools, a kid-sized table, and numerous toys and games.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: At least one responsible adult (over age 25) must occupy the house during the rental period. Unsupervised groups of persons under the age of 25 are not permitted.
- Smoking Not Allowed: The No Smoking rule applies to both inside and outside the house. The disposal of cigarette butts by dropping them onto the ground constitutes a major fire hazard. If there is any evidence of smoking of any materials, either inside the house or outside, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
