The Kona connection in Tahoe is a great place to stay. It has all the ammenities for a relaxing time in Tahoe (Hot Tub, fireplaces, satelite TV). Perfect location (Meyers) for being close to everything, but nice and quiet. The house is very nice and comfortable. This is our second time there and we plan to go there again.

Thank you for opening up your second home to those of us who look to vacation in homes away from home. This vacation rental exceeded my expectations (and let me tell you that is hard thing to do sometimes). I love that there is no home to either side of this house just plenty of beautiful trees of all sizes. This vacation home is cozy and comfy with two gas fireplaces and two tv's for those vacationers with different tv watching tastes and a dvr on one of them to boot. I love all of the windows throughout the house. Each room is spacious. Nicely decorated. Washer and dryer, gas bar b q on the deck AND my favorite and absolute must these days a hot tub set on the corner of the deck. That was heaven each morning and some nights being out there with the sweet smell in the air from the trees. Talk about relaxing. I felt so comfortable and at home. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of baking supplies for those who like to bake and cook. I highly recommend the Kona Connection for those who like to travel in comfort and pay a fair price for it. The neighborhood is nice and quite. We stayed at the low time mid September. The weather had it all, sunny skies, clouds, rain, lightning and thunder, 40's-70's. My kind of weather. Thanks again for helping make our stay in Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and memorable one. Aloha! PS...My hubby was looking for them thar bears but we didn't see a one.

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at the Kona connection with our 2 greyhounds. We were all very happy with the accommodations, setting, pet friendliness and help of the owners both before and during our time at their home. We were also very lucky with the weather in that there was quite a bit of snow when we arrived, and it snowed for the entire day Saturday which made the visit even more spectacular. It was even better that the snow was cleared out very quickly on Saturday and again after the plows came on Sunday morning. It was a beautiful neighborhood for dog walking and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. The house was comfortable and cozy, and we felt very much at home there. It was also a very nice feature to have 2 ovens in which to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. I wouldn't hesitate to return here, or to recommend it to friends.

The Kona Connection was perfect for our family vacation. The hot tub was nice to have in snowy conditions, the yard was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplaces for cozy afternoons/evenings, and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Thanks so much!

Very homey and comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed the amenities, including computer and tv access, as well as the peaceful location. Close to skiing and town but retains the "cabin in the woods" effect.

Enjoyed the house. Peaceful surroundings, very much a "cabin in the woods" but close to skiing and town. Very comfortable and homey. We liked the computer access and television variety as well.
