This unique Contemporary Retreat has a large kitchen with granite countertops, bar stools and island ideal for preparing foods or drinds or eating. Custom cabinets, custom block lighting in kitchen cabinet, kitchen is fully equiped for your daily needs as in your own home. A large kitchen table and chairs for dining. Tiled flooring throughout downstairs. There is a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, 25 cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, drinking water system, double sink, utensils, pots & pans. There is seperate room with a washer & dryer.

A large in-ground pool in backyard with a (fence for kid-safety). A jacuzzi (seats 8-10) off master bedroom in private balcony accessible through master bedroom or spiral staircase. With georgous mountain views. Enjoy our out door 13 foot barbecue with sink and refrigerator with large granite counter area to prepare foods. Enjoy our outdoor patio furniture for sun-bathing/relaxing and outdoor entertaining. There is no smoking inside home, but the covered patio and patio furniture lends itself to an after dinner drink and smoke.

Living room has a 65' big screen TV, DVD Player, stereo, 2 very comfortable couches and chair and Hi-speed internet and cathedral ceilings for relaxing and entertaining.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Master has a cal-king bed in don't forget the private 8-10 person Jacuzzi off of master bedroom balcony, spiral staircase from backyard leading up to Jacuzzi. Master also has a private bathroom with large tub and shower, double sinks, walk in closet. Bedroom 2 & 3 have full size beds and bedroom # 4 has one has a twin bed. We also provide an air-matress.

The Hover Dam is 45 minutes away.
