Panoramic fairy-like sight 180°, vis-a-vis the sea, the feet in water. Absolute calm and serenity. View on the small marina at 200m and the fortified medieval village of Eze-Village, perched on the mountain and hanging over the sea. There is no road, no train, no noise, you are on the beach, facing the sea, exposition south/south-east.

Totally renovated apartment, tastefully decorated interior, fully furnished, fully equipped: included T.V, satellite, DVD, VCR, Stereo, free Fax on-demand, Internet and WiFi.

The train station and bus stop (bus every 15 min) are within 3-5 minutes walking distance; by car, Beaulieu is in 3 min, Monaco in 10 min, Nice in 20 min, Italy in 25 min and Cannes in 40 min.

Prices include satellite TV, DVD, computer, Internet (WiFi), fax, stereo, electricity, water, free kayak, towels, bed linen, lounge chairs, etc..
A small taste of paradise.

Located between Nice and Monaco, the commune of Eze profits from two sides: side sea and side mountain. Eze Bord-de-Mer is turned towards large blue sea, sheltered by St-Jean Cap-Ferrat, offering all the pleasures of a seaside resort. Eze-Village is perched 427 meters above the sea and is surrounded by the sea and the sky.
Releasing an atmosphere of authenticity and traditions it turns us towards the past. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful villages of the Riviera.
Eze Bord de Mer constitutes a vacation resort appreciated for its calm and peace in any season and extends from the sea of Cap Estel to the point of Cap Roux.
A vegetation of banana trees, date palms, mandarin trees and lemon trees testifies to the extremely pleasant climate reigning here the majority of the year. The beach of Eze, which one does not see off the road, is shaded by a maritime pine forest going down to the sea.
On the beach, the western part is occupied by the imposing silhouette of the villa Les Roses, property of Bono, from the rock n roll group U2.

Eze-village, one of the most picturesque villages and major tourist attraction on the Cote d’Azur, is perched on the summit of an imposing and superb cliff. A must to be visited. The sunny streets accentuated by several small town squares, curve to the summit of the village dominated by the ruins of a medieval fortress. The medieval city shelters many traditional houses where craftsmen, artists and big culinary chefs work. You will see, from your terrace on the beach, the village and its fortifications.

To join the entry of the village, you may walk, starting from your apartment on the beach, along a small pedestrian stone way polished by time (Nietzsche Path), offering you a magnificent sight on the superb gardens of the Chateau de la Chevre d'Or (duration of the walk: 1h 15min).

You will discover a small village of Provence full with charm, liberally flowered and offering superb panoramas on the sea and the coast.

This is a gorgeous location in Eze Bord De Mer. The apartments/house is tucked away below the village right on the beach. Simply the most delightful setting for a peaceful and romantic get away. Our owner Patrick and his wife made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We even had fresh lemons from their own tree! Our appt was simply but well furnished to a very high standard. We wanted for nothing (even managing to cater without a full cooker was not an issue!). It was spotlessly clean and the bedding sumptuous and divine, so often the linen is tired and worn but this was quality in every sense. It was so easy to reach other towns and villages from here and although we had a car it would not be an essential requirement with the nearby (not intrusive or noisy) railway line running along the Cote d’Azur. We would recommend this to anyone (bar anyone infirm or with mobility restrictions due to the steps & steep slope down to the accommodation / beach) as a place to have a fantastic vacation. Little was open in Eze Bord De Mer itself as we stayed out of season, but this did not detract from our overall enjoyment, the near by town of Beaulieu more than adequately catered for our shopping and restaurant needs. Dear Patrick & Meri, Oct.6/2011 This place is paradise! We have been so blessed to have had the opportunity to be here. It has been a fabulous place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful to relax and be so close to the ocean! A real heaven here on earth… We loved that it was private and quiet and beautiful with access to many places. It was fabulous to hear the waves every day and night and to have lunch and dinner at the water’s edge. We thank you for your hospitality and friendliness. You are wonderful people. We will have to come back and bring our children for a wonderful vacation. This has been one of our most favourite vacations ever! We are sad to be going to Canada so soon. Very easy, exciting, unique experience in a beautiful part of the world. The explanation of the area, maps, phone numbers, directions all were perfect. Patrick did an awesome job in making us feel right at home, with immediate action when prompted. The apartment could have been better supplied with kitchen appliances ( no stove, just micorwave), but goutmet meals are all around the Cote d Azur.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This place is very nice-looking, clean, quiet and secured. The see is really five steps from the appartment. The appartment is new, well equipped. The owner is hospitable and ready to help with any questions. Our family felt much welcomed. We would certainly return to this one.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
