Hanalei Bay Villas 19 in Princeville enjoys the multi-million dollar location of the newly renovated St. Regis Princeville Hotel for a fraction of the cost. As new owners who have just remodelled this Hanalei Bay Villa, we have lots of bills so we are currently offering $140 per night non holiday rates for 2 people to enjoy the privacy of their own little, freestanding pole house surrounded by grass and tropical foliage with soul nurturing views over the golf course to the mountains and Hanalei Bay. It is bright and airy with 2 storeys, over 30 windows, vaulted ceilings, and 2 lanais. The top floor is an open plan living, dining, bar area, kitchen, pantry, and 1/2 bath with sliding doors to a lanai.
The bedrooms and laundry are downstairs. Master bedroom has a King-size bed. 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway. The 3rd and largest bedroom has 2 bunk beds with twins on top fulls below and adjoining bathroom. The bunk bedroom and the king bedroom share a lanai.
The Hanalei Bay Villa has been recently renovated in tropical style to complement its surroundings, and everything is brand new; furniture, appliances, and carpet. You'll have wireless internet access so you can surf the net, or work if you have to, from your lanai or anywhere in the house. WALK to Hideaways Beach and the Princeville Hotel beach. Enjoy discount golf at the Prince and Makai Golf courses. WALK to great restaurants and entertainment. The Princeville Shopping Center and the Hanalei Bay town are a short drive away.
There is a large, grassy area adjacent to the house. Located on the bluff at Princeville, you are surrounded by incredible views- the ocean, the Hanalei Bay, the mountains and distant waterfalls, rainbows, the surf, and the sunset. The famous Bali Hai (Makana Peak) look-out, is just across the street; a must see at sunset.
It is a short but scenic drive from the parking place at your door, to beaches of Ke’e, Tunnels, Ha’ena, Lumaha’i, Hanalei Bay, ‘Annini, Kalihiwai and to Secret Beach. Hikers love the Kalalau Trail and the Na Pali Coast, and the trailhead for the Powerline Trail is just a few miles away.
