Welcome to our comfortable one-bedroom condo in Summit County, Colorado. We are located in a friendly neighborhood surrounded by national forest and tall mountain peaks. You will find it conveniently located near six ski areas (Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Loveland, Vail).

Summit County, Colorado's playground, offers a multitude of events and activities throughout the year. Winter is a special time of year, with snow covered mountains and a multitude of outdoor activities. Summers too are beautiful, with long comfortable days, lots of hiking, biking, etc. You will find shopping in Silverthorne and Breckenridge, good local theater, and a wide range of excellent dining options.

The condo includes use of the clubhouse, about 100 yards away, which features a large swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and locker rooms. The condo comes with an inside storage closet to store your skis and other gear.

The stop for the free shuttle to any destination in Summit County is only 150 yards away.

    • We enjoyed our stay completely. We do a regular ski trip each year and generally try to find a condo rental. Yours was the third that we've used in Summit County, and definitely the best of the the lot. We liked the layout, and the location works well for getting to the ski areas. Thanks again, - Ron

    • We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and roomy. We brought our 2 young daughters, 2 yrs & 2 months, and we felt we had plenty of space. My older daughter loved that the bedroom was upstairs and she liked going up and down the 2 steps. The gas fireplace really adds to the ambience of being in a mountain town. Although the bus is easily accessible, we drove (because of the car seats) and everything was really easy to get to. Sherri went out of her way to make sure we had directions to small sledding hills and the Silverthorne Recreation Center. This was our first stay in a condo, and I think we will be traveling this way from now on, it's nice to be able to put the kids in the bedroom and still be able to watch TV or play games. Thank you for everything.
