Manzanillo, Mexico... Come visit one of the most beautiful places in the world, where there is always a tropical breeze and the weather is superb. Our spacious, comfortable, and well equipped three bedroom condo with an extended balcony, is conveniently located between Las Hadas and Karmina Palace. We never get over the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, neither will you!
The oversized master bedroom occupies the whole second floor with its own private bathroom en suite. The two spacious bedrooms on the main floor, both with king-size beds, share a bathroom. All the linens are 100% cotton sheets and the designer towels are soft and luxurious.
The open living and dining area with a very well equipped kitchen leads out on to the balcony giving you superb views day and night. Eat inside or out on the deck, whatever suits your mood. Everything you could need is on hand. This 1600 sq. ft. condo is one of the nicest in the area!
Walk down to the secluded and vendor-free beach to swim, snorkel or just relax and read a good book. You can walk along the beachside path and go to either Las Hadas or Karmina Palace for drinks or lunch or dinner. You can even access Manzanillo Bay for miles of beach walking by passing through Karmina Palace. Dolphin Cove Inn is right next door and shares the same beach. Their restaurant is just a few steps away and is convenient when you do not feel like cooking.
The Riviera Mar property is beautifully maintained, with colourful flowers everywhere, as you walk down the stairs. It is run by a full-time english speaking manager, Juan, with a private pool and lots of additional staff to make sure that your vacation is great.
We fell in love with this place.... we know you will too! All this convenience and less expensive than a hotel!

Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo
I visited Manzanillo for the first time for New Years January 2002 and absolutely fell in love with the area. I enjoyed it so much that I brought my son down for a two week summer vacation. That lead to looking at real estate during our trip and we thoroughly covered the two bays to find what we thought would suit us best. When we stepped out onto the deck and saw the view, we knew that Riviera Mar was the place for us. We have made wonderful friends with the owners in the complex and it is truly our second home.

Katrine is a Montrealer, of English and Norwegian heritage but does not like the cold weather and all the snow during the winter.
I have a son who is now 15 and who enjoys Manzanillo as much as I do!

I spent 2 weeks with my 2 sisters in this lovely condo.We were so pleased with the beautiful view,the spacious rooms and the people we met. We appreciated the tip about the tour guide Roberto, we had 2 terrific tours and totally enjoyable days.Loved being surronded by all the beautiful flowers ,blooming trees and sunny warm days.I would like to think that I will go there again soon. This condo far exceeded our expectations. The setting was gorgeous, the beach perfect for snorkeling and beachcombing, and the view from the spacious lanai was breathtaking. The inside of the condo was beautifully decorated as well as very clean. We got our exercise climbing the many stairs up and down to the beach, which we enjoyed. This location might not work for someone with the inability to do stairs but it was great for us as it kept us very active!We have never had such nice accomodations through a VRBO site and Katrine and Gary made us feel right at home with their many suggestions for local food and fun. We hope to come back again and stay here again!

Definitely the best place that we've ever stayed in Mexico. A beautiful, spacious apartment with gorgeous views and great proximity to the best beaches and restaurants around. The staff are welcoming and friendly, as are the locals in Manzanillo. Katrine was very, very helpful in assisting us to organize our stay in the Riviera Mar and we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. We will definitely be back again some time.

Wow! Words can't describe this beautiful condo and especially the view of th Bay. To say that it's a little pieace of heaven is to say the least. We also explored several other hotles and condos to make sure we weren't missing anything and Riviera Mar outdoes them all, so we are already booking this same condo for the same time next year. You will love the helpful staff too! Also, while we were there on a girls' trip, it's much too romantic of a place to limit it to just the girls! Hope your stay is as special as ours.

On the whole our experience in your condo was all that we had hoped for - you provided us with a tastefully appointed, well furnished, conveniently located, and safe home with marvelous views from which to begin our adventures in Manzanillo. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay a week and purchased a home for ourselves just down the beach from you in Salahua!
