The large kitchen/dining/great room area overlooks your beautiful free-form pool with its own built-in heated spa and spillover waterfall.
All of the living areas of Villa Paradise overlook the pool, spa, and canal through walls of glass. The disappearing sliding glass doors, when opened, provide a blending of the pool area with the living areas and views of the canal. All of these sights merge into one lush, tropical, relaxing setting that truly is "Paradise" in every aspect.
Enhancing and adding to the tropical setting is a covered outdoor kitchen that is adjacent to the pool area. The outdoor kitchen includes a JennAire grill, sink, cabinets, and compact refrigerator. Stroll out of your pool, throw your T-bone steaks or freshly-caught Florida grouper (that you just hauled out of the Gulf of Mexico an hour ago !) on the JennAire grill and crack open an ice cold beer. Recline on your chaise lounge and enjoy relaxing music pool side provided by the built-in stereo system that incorporates both outdoor and indoor recessed speakers.
Take in the palm trees and fruit trees swaying in the breeze with a refreshing frozen margarita as you carelesly watch the boats sail by......
