One double bedroom and lounge with double futon or 2 single fold out beds, ideal for couples or families wanting to visit Plymouth and the surrounding area. 2 miles from the City Centre, The Hoe and the Barbican. Also 2 miles from the Mount Batten Centre with its water sport facilities. Closest beach 3 miles with lovely coastal walks. Dartmoor National Park a short drive away. Cycle routes through parks and forests and direct route to Dartmoor for the more adventurous.

Off road parking is available and the apartment has its own patio set and barbecue. Situated in the quiet district of Plymstock on the outskirts of Plymouth only 5 minutes from the sea and close to the local shoppping centre.
Ideal for those wanting to visit the surrounding area. Close to the South Hams with its beautiful beaches, Dartmoor for those who like to walk or just to explore by car. For those who like to cycle this is the perfect location with many cycle routes.
Plymouth now has a new indoor shopping centre and only a short drive from the apartment is the large Vue Cinema, bowling and restaurants for those rainy days.

I have stayed in 5 star hotels and not had a welcome such as this one! We arrived to find the fridge stocked with milk, bread and other essentials but best of all to find that the owner had put up a Xmas tree and even left a gift. My 15 year old son (not usually very verbal at the moment) spent the holiday saying he loved the place, well it did have Wi-Fi, a wii and a huge TV. The apartment is not luxurious but the photos of the place do not reflect the comforting and homely atmosphere that it has, we felt totally at home. Everything listed in the description was as stated and even though some things were not so new everything worked perfectly and were sparklingly clean. The location is great, very close to the supermarket and a cinema/restaurant complex. The area is residential and there was total silence at night ......I slept wonderfully. The couple who own the apartment are lovely! They came to introduce themselves on the first day and didn't intrude afterwards but at all times we had the sensation that if there were any problems or if we need any assistance they would be the first to help. I would recommend this property to everybody and I think that the best recommendation I can give is by saying that by 3 days into the holiday we had already booked for the following Xmas. I would also like to thank the owners by saying that they went above and beyond all expectations.

Alot better than expected
Alot better than expected
The pictures for this apartment honestly do not do it the justice it deserves.... has had some feature updated i.e TV and Wii Console. Me, my husband,11 year old son and 9 month old daughter have just returned from a 3 night break. Firstly we booked this last minute and the owner was so helpful with arrangements. The apartment is easy enough to find and even thought it is situated within a housing estate its only 2 miles to the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe so very easy access. Some items in the apartment are not of modern design but are very well kept and spotless not forgetting comfortable. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and milk all supplied - my family staying along the Hoe in a very expensive 5 star apartment didn't arrive to this. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay and suited us down to the ground for the purpose of our trip. As we have family living in Plymouth I will 100% be looking to book this apartment when we next visit Plymouth. If you are looking for luxury this apartment is not for you but if you are looking for a good priced and comfortable stay then in my opinion this apartment is perfect.
