This great Fisherman's Cove Condo is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club approximately 3/4 mile from the beach. Fisherman's Cove just finished in Fall 2006 a complete renovation of all units. The condos were all repainted, and repaired if needed. A new air conditioning & heating system was installed in June 2007. Upgrades were made on the landscaping. The complex looks great.
This unit is a one level, end unit. The screened-in porch overhangs a small lake and has an eastern exposure which provides delightful afternoons and evenings. Across the lake is the pool available for Fisherman Cove residents only. The Condo's furnishing and accessories come from the Crate and Barrel. The carpet in the master bedroom was replaced in March of 2007 and the den carpet was replaced in 2009. The mattresses and bedding are very comfortable. The colors throughout are fresh and bright.
Two of the bedrooms have king beds and private baths. The third bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining full bathroom that also opens to the hall. Each bedroom has a t.v. and a ceiling fan. DSL internet service is provided with WiFi. The den has a wet bar and a 42" flatscreen t.v. The master bedroom has a door leading to a deck. A new stainless steel electric grill was recently purchased for great grilling. Park your care next to the private walkway into the condo. A wonderful swimming pool at the lake's edge is available for renters. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
Also available for a fee is a temporary membership to Sawgrass Beach and Golf Club. The Beach Club was renovated six years ago and features two pools, three restaurants, and a beautiful clubhouse on the ocean. The Golf Club has a challenging 27 hole course and a great clubhouse with restaurant and pro shop. Tennis courts and a gym are also available.
Mayo Clinic is located less than 15 minutes from the condo.
Historic St. Augustine is only 30 minutes away. Great restaurants and shopping are are very convenient. TPC is only minutes away. This Condo has everything you need for a great vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach
After years of vacationing in Ponte Vedra, my husband and I decided to purchase a condo in Sawgrass. We enjoy golf, fishing, and the beach, and found this condo is the perfect match. Ponte Vedra is a beautiful, uncrowded relaxing area. We enjoy the security of being in a gated community. All of the Sawgrass Country Club is beautifully landscaped, not just the Fisherman's Cove complex. The beach here is not crowded with no high rises, mostly private homes along the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We spend hours on the screened porch, overhanging the lake, watching the turtles, alligators, and beautiful birds. Although the condo is only minutes from great shopping and restaurants, our location is very quiet and private. The pool for Fisherman's Cove is a only short walk around the lake. We have landed several large bass from our deck so be sure to bring your fishing pole. The beach club is less than mile drive so you can quickly have the best of both worlds. We enjoy parking directly in front of the condo and having only a short walk on our private walkway to our front door. Life at the condo is very relaxed and fun!

The condo is all on one level which made for quality time with family from out of town. Loved the layout of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and even had salt and pepper. I cook often and like staying in a place I don't have to buy or bring everything with me. The beds were comfortable and had good linens. The screened in porch was lovely in the mornings we watched the eagle and other birds flying around. We fed the turtles in the lake. We all had a great time. We hope to stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This place is extremely comfortable in every aspect. Besides the location and security of living in Sawgrass the beds have high quality mattresses and allow for a sound night's sleep; moreover, there is cable and Tv's in every room, high-speed internet and a fabulous view. We would recommend any friend to stay here.

Our family (kids 9 and 11) had a great time. Terrific amenities and location. The condo is open and bright and very warm. We didnt want to leave after 3 weeks. Looking forward to visiting again.

We have stayed at this condo two years and love it. It is the perfect size and has the best amenities for our family of two teenage boys. Golf, tennis, and fitness center are all close by, even walkable. The decor is bright and cheery; casual but sophisticated. The owners have gone out of their way to help us with suggestions, scheduling questions.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
