Located near downtown Naples and Marco Island, Fiddler's is a gated, upscale, private community with 4000 acres of finely manicured grounds, a 54,000 square foot club, pool complex and spa and outstanding golf courses.
Our newer 2400 square foot home is located in the Fiddlers' neighborhood Laguna. This beautifully decorated villa home is located on the lower level and has a spectacular full lake view... one of the best in the neighborhood. We are a very short walk to the Laguna pool and a short drive to the Fiddler's Creek Resort and Spa.
All three of our bedrooms are suite style (private bath) with the master bedroom hosting a soaker tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. Sliding doors off the master suite open directly onto the over-sized lanai which is outfitted to seat eight.
