This magnificent three bedroom, three bath Condo is nestled high above Silverthorne, in the Wildernest Area, in the heart of Summit County. It is a short drive (10 - 30 minutes) to seven premier ski resorts: Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek as well as to three cross country ski areas: Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail. It backs up to the Wildernest National Forest area and a trail head to Eagles Nest is steps from your door. As a top floor unit, you have great vistas, and no one above you making noise.
In the summer, you are close to superb hiking, biking, fishing (in the renowned Blue River), rafting and horseback riding. Gourmets will welcome the fine restaurants in Dillon and Keystone (including the famed Alpenglow Stube, a AAA Four Diamond Restaurant).
From the south facing balcony of the Condo, you have breath-taking views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten Mile Range and Lake Dillon. The year-round Summit County shuttle bus stops at your door and takes you to the nearby ski resorts and outlet shopping at over 100 major shops at the Silverthorne Factory Stores.
Our Condo can sleep 8 - 9 persons in its three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with balcony and a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft bedroom perfect for kids which features a combination twin/full bunk bed (that can sleep three people, two in the full and one in the top twin bed) and two other twin beds.
Each bedroom, including the loft, has its own bathroom. Cable TV, a stereo, a DVD player and a wonderful gas fireplace are featured. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all utensils, a microwave and a brand new Kenmore Elite electric range (with convection oven), with granite tile countertop. Bedding and towels are provided.
Within a few steps of the condo, the Club House features numerous amenities, including two hot tubs, a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, a racquetball court, an outdoor tennis court and video machines, ping pong, pool and foosball for kids.
The condo is great for families with kids. The separate loft area has its own TV and stereo so the kids can be by themselves, and the clubhouse has a swimming pool and foosball table that kids enjoy.
This is a non-smoking Condo and no pets are allowed.
Note that, unlike others condos, we do not charge an additional clean-up fee for rentals of six days or more.
You will have a terrific vacation in the breathtaking mountains of Summit County in the heart of the Rockies and will look forward to your stay at our Condo next year!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were communicative and easy to work with. Our family (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 9-12) had plenty of room. This condo is on the third floor, but my first step through the door always makes me feel at home. The view is spectacular and the amenities are very relaxing. Our family also enjoys spending time together in the clubhouse, which is just a short walk across the parking lot, with great hiking trails just a short distance away. It's our most desired Colorado destination.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a very well-equipped, comfortable condo with beautiful views. Stayed with our children and baby grandson, and were happy to have all the room available. Central to all the ski areas. Condo was clean and well furnished. Our party of eight had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the amenities in the club house. We are considering going back for a summer vacation and would recommend this condo to others. Our family of 9 stayed for six days between Christmas and New Years. We took advantage of the weber grill and well equiped kitchen to make all of our meals when we came back from enjoying our days at Keystone Ski Area. Our kids loved the pool and game area. You need to be in good shape as this condo is on the third floor but it's very family friendly and we loved the view!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had an awesome time with the family. The place was better appointed than we expected and room for all. The beds were comfortable and the place was wonderfully quiet. The rec center was decent. About the owner: Bob and Mark jointly own the condo and are avid skiers, hikers and bikers, and use the condo during the week in the winter, and during the wonderful cool summers in Summit County for hiking and biking. We bought the condo to marvel at the beauty of the Ten Mile Range which is seen from the front balcony of the condo. We have added a number of charming touches to the condo, decorating the unit with many period and antique sports equipment, including a toboggan, ice skates, wooden skis and snowshoes. Also, we are constantly improving the unit, added granite counter tops, installed new appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and have updated the bathrooms with tile floors. A recent addition has been an elk antler chandelier in the dining room. We delight in providing a charming, homey and comfortable environment for our guests and offer a 10% discount to returning guests.
Why the Owner Chose Timber Ridge:
Bob and Mark often skied together, driving up to Summit County from the front rang and returning home in the evening. This became a bit tiring, and being avid skiers, we decided to look for a condo in Summit County, as it was so convenient to all major ski areas. After looking at several units, we decided that the Wildernest area of Silverthorne was perfect: it has one of the best club houses in all of Summit County, has unparalleled views of the Ten Mile range from the front balcony and with a gas fireplace, it is the perfect unit to just sit in front of the fireplace and read when you have had enough skiing for the week.
