This magnificent Timber Ridge three bedroom, three bath Condo is nestled high above Silverthorne, in the Wildernest Area, in the heart of Summit County. It is a short drive (10 - 30 minutes) to seven premier ski resorts: Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek as well as to three cross country ski areas: Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail. It backs up to the Wildernest National Forest area and a trail head to Eagles Nest is steps from your door. As a top floor unit, you have great vistas, and no one above you making noise.
In the summer, you are close to superb hiking, biking, fishing (in the renowned Blue River), rafting and horseback riding. Gourmets will welcome the fine restaurants in Dillon and Keystone (including the famed Alpenglow Stube, a AAA Four Diamond Restaurant).
From the south facing balcony of the Condo, you have breath-taking views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten Mile Range and Lake Dillon. The year-round Summit County shuttle bus stops at your door and takes you to the nearby ski resorts and outlet shopping at over 100 major shops at the Silverthorne Factory Stores.
Our Condo can sleep 8 - 9 persons in its three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with balcony and a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft bedroom perfect for kids which features a combination twin/full bunk bed (that can sleep three people, two in the full and one in the top twin bed) and two other twin beds.
Each bedroom, including the loft, has its own bathroom. Cable TV, a stereo, a DVD player and a wonderful gas fireplace are featured. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all utensils, a microwave and a brand new Kenmore Elite electric range (with convection oven), with granite tile countertop. Bedding and towels are provided.
Within a few steps of the condo, the Club House features numerous amenities, including two hot tubs, a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, a racquetball court, an outdoor tennis court and video machines, ping pong, pool and foosball for kids.
This is a non-smoking Condo and no pets are allowed.
Note that, unlike others condos, we do not charge an additonal clean-up fee for rentals of six days or more.
