Our luxurious villa is located just steps from the beach in prestigious Barefoot Beach of Bonita Springs. Often described as the American Riviera, Barefoot Beach is a unique combination of laid back luxury and convenience. Enjoy Southwest Florida's famous sunsets over the Gulf on the private boardwalk leading to the beach.
This three level home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and office, 3 lanais and a two-plus car garage. The beautiful white sand beach is a short walk through our private beach entrance. Within just steps of our front door are 2 pools and a hot tub.
Our home away from home is filled with warmth and charm. It is appointed with upgraded furnishings, décor and electronics. You will find every need has been anticipated, including a 55" 3D HDTV in the LR and three additional HTDVs. There is a Bose home theater sound system with DVD, CD and MP3 player, I-phone speakers and chargers in each bedroom, an office with computer and WIFI internet, a billiard table with ping pong, an electronic dart board, two adult and two kids bicycles, a gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances.
The master bedroom suite features king bed, walk-in His and Hers closet, large bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and double sinks. Slide open the doors and you can sit and relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Gulf. Or, if you must bring work with you, the attached office with computer, fax, printer and WIFI internet is at your service.
The second and third bedrooms feature queen beds and both have HTDVs and DVD players. Both bedrooms have full baths attached.
Naples and Fort Myers, with wonderful shops and restaurants, are both close by - including the Miromar Outlet shopping cente! The Everglades, with airboat rides and alligators, are in easy reach. Miami can be reached in 2 hours, Orlando and Key West in four hours. Within 20 Minutes is the new RSW International Airport.
