Beau Sejour had originally been a single family home that had been converted to a 7 unit rooming house in the 40's. A fire had put the finishing touches to it. We knew within minutes of seeing it that it could be a incredible property if restored to it's original detail. Just one in thousands of homes with incredible architectural detail rescued in our very unique city.
