Sip coffee or a tasty beverage on the balcony while you enjoy the Ocean breeze. Plenty of beach reads in the living room library. Parking spot included.
Third floor unit in a 3 story, 9 unit condo building at the quiet end of the Broadwalk. Concerts nearby. Organic farmer's market on Sundays a half block north of us. Enjoy the night life in Hollywood or South Beach. Ten minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport. A short drive to Fort Lauderdale activities and stores. Day trips to the Everglades and more.

Season Rental: (Jan 09-Apr) $3000/month with discounts for multiple month stays;
$875/week off season; $300 refundable security deposit; $75 cleaning
fee (non-refundable). One half down to hold your spot and the balance
due 1 month before your start date. Cashiers checks or Paypal accepted.
