Our favorites are walking the Broadwalk, spending time at the Hollywood YMCA, exploring, day trips to nearby areas, eating out on the Intercoastal or restaurants in South Beach, riding water taxis, shopping on Lincoln Road, visiting our neighbors, biking, sitting on our balcony pinching ourselves at how lucky we are to be at the Ocean.

We Loved This Condo and the Direct Ocean View!

This condo is exactly how the owner describes it and more. It was so awesome to wake up each day to see the ocean and have the beach just a few steps from the front door. The view alone is amazing. We spent one whole day just sitting on the balcony observing the ever changing ocean! The location is perfect...quiet, yet the shops and restaurants on the Broadwalk are within easy walking distance. The beach and Broadwalk are cleaned early every morning, so you won't find a nicer beach anywhere. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated...not your average rental for sure. It felt to us like a home away from home. The elevator is a plus for access to the third floor and it was really nice to have a master bathroom as well as the half bath in the living area. Did we say the view is amazing?
Owner response:Sounds like our place and why we love being here, too. Add a fully stocked kitchen for you cooks and a wall of beach reads. Then sit on the balcony or grab a beach chair from the closet and enjoy the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
