This studio is in the heart of Breckenridge, 200 yards from the high-speed, six-pack, Quicksilver ski lift and ski center and one block from fabulous shopping and hundreds of great restaurants.

The condominium has a new very complete kitchen, a new tiled bath, a small porch and sleeping accommodations for up to five. There is a set of bunk beds, double-sized and an air mattress, for those single sleepers. It is a perfect rental for a couple, a small family, or a few good friends who want more privacy than they would have sharing a hotel.

Everyone who has ever been to Breckenridge knows it is the perfect vacation spot. Everything you could ask for is here. Wonderful skiing/snowboarding,in Winter; and golf, hiking, exploring, swimming, fishing, and lots more in Summer; plus great restaurants and shopping in beautiful, historical Breckenridge.

After skiing; or in the Summer, hiking, biking; soak in one of the four large, hot tubs [two inside, two outside], or heated [83 degree] pool, all on the premises, including a clubhouse with lockers.

  • Condo was very pleasant and comfortable. Nice contemporary decor. Loved the bathroom. However the curtains made the place a bit dark. Other than that, everything was great.

  • Had a very nice stay in mid January. Condo was perfect for 3 good friends. Plenty of room for our ski vacation. Close walk to Quick Silver lift, very convient for coming back to condo for lunch. Close to main street restuarants and bars.

  • Our stay March 31 to April 3, 2007 was very nice. The bath and kitchen are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The sliding door curtains are a poor choice as it makes the place too dark.They detract from otherwise nice decor! Also the deck would be better cleaned up. Otherwise it was great.
