  Was accurate as described. Owner very accommodating. Personally I was not fond of the bunk bed situation, but that was understood when booking this place. Very convenient to the lift - walking distance, and very close to main street. Refunded deposit promptly, and no negatives to add. Simply put, your basic economical accommodation.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  The place is just as described by Gilbert, who was a great host, easy to reach, answered questions immediately and very accommodating. The place is actually bigger than what the pictures portray. The double beds are spacious and the place is big enough for 4/2 couples. We did not cook or eat in the place so can't comment on kitchen. The fireplace really keeps the place warm and toasty. It's an easy walk to the peak 9 lifts, would highly recommend to other people to rent!

  This place is very cozy and comfortable. The fireplace and nice living room furniture make for a very romantic setting in the evenings. While we didn't spend very much time at the condo, the time we did spend there was quite pleasant. The pool is very close, and the hot tubs were large and comfortable. Close access to downtown Breckenridge, and very close to Hwy 9 for easy out of town access. It was very handy for us to have a kitchen, and that saved us a lot of money on our vacation. The walls were a bit thin, but that is to be expected with a Condo. Also, the Washer/Dryer is downstairs and coin operated while I was expecting it to be within the unit (it was fine though). Overall a very nice stay, and the price made it possible for us to go on the vacation of a lifetime!

  My two teenage sons and I spent 4 days at this property. It suited us well. We were told there was an air mattress. If so, we could not find it. There was a pad and foam to put on the floor, but it was not adequate. Therefore, one of the boys and I shared the lower bed. It worked out fine, so I am not really complaining. The property was very well maintained. The location was great. Quick walk to main street. The price was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or a couple with one or two young children that could share a bed. Thanks for a nice stay!!!

  Condo is small, but very cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable (double size, not queen as in a previous post.) Fireplace added charm and kept the space comfortable. Kitchen was small, but workable. We did use the humidifier as recommended, and it made quite a difference. Enjoyed sitting on the patio as the temps. were quite warm the week we were there. Very easy walk to the Peak 9 base area and to the pool/hot tub complex. We have stayed in this neighborhood many times because we like the proximity to the lifts and to town. We would recommend this unit to friends and would stay here again. It is not luxurious, but for the price, amenities, and location it is a very good value.

  The condo was pretty good, a little smaller than other studios than I have been in. The kitchen looked great (granite counters etc), however, it lacked some basic items, such as a working coffee maker (the coffee maker leaked) and collander or strainer for pasta. In addition, the refrigerator makes a horrible noise. It worked fine just on occasion it sounded a death nell. In addition, we only had four towels for a week. Three people 4 towels and there are no towels available at the hot tub/pool. The beds were comfrotable and the access to the slopes were relativly close (3 blocks or so). It wasn't a bad walk. Overall it was good, not a 5 star accomadation, but I didn't expect that for the price. The value was very good except the things noted above. It should be noted that the property was very clean. If those things were corrected, and I had one less person, I would stay there again.

  Owner response: We appreciate your comments and would hope for good communication when you are in need of anything. As off-site owners we try to provide the best service possible. Sometimes the distance can cause problems, in that it takes more time to resolve a situation from a distance. Let me make one thing perfectly clear; this is not a hotel. We are an association of condo owners(vacation rentals by owner), that rent to others at a discount to the optional hotel stay. Breckenridge hotels and resorts cost double the price of a typical stay through VRBO. Our pool does not provide anything because the community is individual owners, not a resort. I'm sorry if there has been any confusion. I want to make this clear in order to not have that confusion with any future guest. On the other hand if you are looking for a great place to stay without all the cost of a resort, VRBO is the place to book. We will replace those items (coffee maker and strainer) this week. As a correction, our condo does sleep four comfortably and we do provide four sets of towels. Bath, hand and wash cloth. If requested, our cleaning crew will come in as often as needed to make beds and replace towels during the stay, but that would make it more of a hotel stay which would kill most peoples budgets/cost savings. Our condo is a studio which would be comparable to a good sized hotel room (425 SqFt bigger than a double garage). We do have a full sized kitchen and bath, so you can see it could be considered small to some people. Our use of space is great, as we do not have a Murphy bed or sleeper sofas taking up space during your stay in our condo. I do admit our refrigerator does have a motor running constantly to keep the food cooled, and if you slept in your kitchen, you would hear yours as well. I unplug it at night if we don't have anything in it to spoil. Our proximity to the ski lift is great, about a football field away, not three blocks. I will get the GPS out and track the distance to make sure, next time I go up. As owners we do our best to save you money while visiting the great locations VRBO has to offer. The five star rating should be used based upon the condo, it's location, cleanliness and the great time to be had while staying. We appreciate all of our guest and welcome their comments. Complaints should be made when we have an opportunity to fix them. I wish I had an opportunity to make these peoples stay more enjoyable, as it should have been.

  We have stayed here three times over the past two years and it has been good. Gilbert, the owner, is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. The location can't be beat...close to the lifts and Main Street. The pool house is close by and has a great staff also. Plan on staying here again.

  The location was perfect. Close to everything in town. The condo was beautiful. We are a family of three and had plenty of space. We will return to breck, and we hope that this place will be available. Thanks for the great memories.

  The condo is very nice and close to the slopes. I was a little disappointed that it did not have a tub, but the shower was very nice. The condo was clean and cozy and the owner was very helpful with any questions. I would recommend this to a friend.
