A beautiful home-away-from-home with your own private, tropical pool and spa paradise in the back garden! Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is conveniently located within moments of Vanderbilt Beach, shopping, restaurants, and the Ritz-Carlton.
The garden is enclosed within a large, sunny lanai (2050sq.ft!)- a tropical oasis containing the heated pool and spa with privacy provided by a wide variety of palms, ferns, and fruit trees. For more delicate complexions, there is a vine-covered arbour which boasts fans, dining table and cushioned chairs for four & speakers (for those intimate al fresco meals), a large gas barbecue and even an outdoor shower for use before or after your swim.
Up lights on the palms and underwater lights in the pool and spa create a beautiful and most relaxing ambience after dark, particularly when the crickets start to sing. Four sun loungers are provided as well as a round glass topped table with umbrella and seating for five.
The home is newly furnished to a very high standard and has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen has all the tools/toys to prepare anything from a quick snack to a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings! Eat under the arbour, at the breakfast bar, or in the beautiful Florida room which looks out onto the pool. Enjoy refreshing drinks chilled by ice from the refrigerator's ice maker (crushed or cubed) and chilled water on tap.
En suite to king-size master bed with TV and DVD player, queen-size second bedroom, and two singles in the third. A new crib and high chair are also provided. All newly furnished to a very high standard.
Soak up the sun, swim in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, shell the endless sandy beach, or spot wildlife at nearby Wiggins Pass State Park. World-class golf is just around the corner. Relax, restore, rejuvenate! For the more adventurous, try deep-sea fishing, water sports of all kinds, or take a ride on the wild side in the Ten Thousand Islands of Florida's famous Everglades National Park!
