-Please Note that due to the high altitude this property is not recommended for the disabled, elderly, babies, or those with cardiovascular, respitory or other health issues. Guests should consider obtaining a prescription from their doctor for high-altitude medicine to alleviate symptoms. Additionally, guests from lower altitudes should consider spending a night in Denver prior to ascending in order to better acclimate to the high altitude.
-While located on a regularly plowed road, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required in the winter time due to the amount of snow at this altitude.
-Please note that we generally have a 3 night minimum, although we do make lat mintue exceptions.

We had an incredible time staying at this house for a few days! The view is absolutely incredible. We spent half of the first day just sitting on the upper deck enjoying the cool mountain air and marvelling at the sites all around us. The house itself is extremely clean and comforting. Everything we could have ever needed was right there for us the entire time. The owner of the house was very easy to deal with, and they've gone out of their way to make the house feel very at home. I would hightly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away for a Colorado vacation any time of the year. We all agreed that we would love to rent this house again if it worked out to do so. Thanks to the owners!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Excellent property, clean and fully equipped, perfect place for both adults and kids. Be prepared to take medicine helping you to adjust to the mountain's climate, though. The view from house, specially from the hot-tub-wow! What a view! We all agreed it was even more spectacular than it is shown at the listings. We will absolutely come back (haply soon) and for sure we will recommend the property to our friends. We also thank owners for making possible to us spending our winter brake at such a great place. If it comes to the nearby attractions: Breckenridge ski amenities-just 20 minutes apart; sushi-lovers-you must try "Flying Fish Sushi Restaurant"-cannot even describe the feelings! Awesome! Our big thanks and appreciation to employees-they work fast and hard-to make you happy! Overall, our winter vacation was PERFECT!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My husband and I stayed here on a brief honeymoon after we got married but before we moved to Alaska. It's a nice, secluded area close enough to outdoors, nature, and Quandary Peak, but also close enough to Breckenridge or Frisco for groceries, sightseeing, and Outlet shopping. I'd suggest this location to anyone because of how spacious it is. The visitors book proves that other people have enjoyed this amazing facility as much as we did. It was clean and they have done upgrades such as a hot tub since we have been there! We were able to contact owners as needed and necessary and we both agree that this location should be in VRBO's Top 10 United States Locations. There is no doubt that if you are looking for a great place to stay in Breckenridge, this is your location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
