This newly available 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condominium in the Grand Marina Villas has 1500 sq. feet of living space. Living room is equipped with TV and DVD/VCR. Master bedroom with King-sized bed and TV 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds and a T.V. Condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Large patio overlooking well-groomed gardens. This complex also boasts a state of the art water purification system so the water from the tap is safe for drinking and the fridge has an ice maker/crusher. It is equipped with washer/dryer and all appliances.
You can rest and relax around the private condo pool,hot tub, with bar-b-que palapa, umbrella tables and chairs, and loungers while overlooking the marina waterway. Or you can take a 5 minute stroll through the Resort to the private beach club which boasts the finest beach in Puerto Vallarta. Volleyball, waverunners, and parasailing await you. Why the Owner Chose Grand Marina Villas
The very first trip we took to Mexico we stayed across the street at a resort. We had our 4 daughters with us and were looking for a place that could offer everything for a family as well as a romantic getaway for my wife and myself. Since then we have stayed a various places on both coasts of Mexico but this was the one location that offered the most for our family. It has the best beach in Mexico for whatever the family wants to do. Charter a fishing boat from the marina right at the condo for a day to experience a private beach on the islands, whale watching from early December on, fish on the way home and cook the daily catch for dinner.
For the wife and daughters shopping awaits them while a try my best at El Tigre Championship Golf Course. As part of the Paradise Village Group the amenities are second to none when it comes to relaxing at the spa or using the many sports facilities.
The dining and food choices are unlimited from fast food for the kids to romantic dinners for my wife and I. We have a list of all our favourite restaurants which we will be more than happy to share with you. Bucerias is a small town to the north, old town PV to the south have with many great restaurants and are just a short cab ride.
Once you come you will return many times and who knows we might be neighbours some day!

We really enjoyed the amenities and location. We enjoyed our stay and felt you have provided everything a person needs. We always bring our own knives because everyplace we have rented the knives were not good. What a nice surprise to see your good set of knives. The staff was most helpful and friendly, especially the gate house attendant, Antonio. We also used the the social membership and felt that worked out well. Thanks again, Mary Margaret

Well we returned yesterday to –24! Left +34....we were very sad. We absolutely loved your place. Had the pool to ourselves pretty much every time we went out! We gave Antonio several Cokes! He certainly is a wonderful man (as is the other guard). All in all it was a GREAT trip. Thanks again Doug. We had a wonderful week. Wanted to stay longer that’s for sure!!!

Everything about this vacation was superb - condo, grounds, pools, staff, and the list goes on... All necessary amenities are in close proximity to the condo - food mart, new Walmart in Nuevo, shops and restaurants. Be sure to try the restaurants on the list that is provided by the owners - you can't go wrong! We have been to the PV and NV area several times for the girl's getaway and have now found the perfect place to return to - plan on us to book our yearly vacation with you!

This was my 7th trip to Mexico and the 4th to the Puerto Vallarta area. This has been my 2nd stay at the Paradise Village Grand Marina Villas and has become my favorite place and I will return soon. The condo was absolutely as described, the pictures do not do it justice! The 2 common pool areas and gardens were very well kept and the whole complex was very well maintained. The security guard made my day even knew my name by the 2nd day and very helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great getaway!
