LOVE THE CONDO! CAREL AND I CHECKED IN YESTERDAY, AND YOUR UNIT AND THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS BEAUTIFUL. CAREL IS HAPPY ABOUT THE MP 3 PLAYER, AND THE POTS, AND ALL THE UTENSILS IN THE KITCHEN. THE UNIT IS GREAT AND WE ARE HAVING A BALL.... ....WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, AND YOUR CONDO WAS PERFECT AND WE WILL TELL OUR FRIENDS. WE CERTAINLY WILL WANT TO RETURN TO YOURS. M & C

We had a great holiday, really enjoyed your lovely condo and Antonio was very helpful! We really appreciated all the amenities included with your condo, especially the very comfortable bed in Master bedroom, the separate air conditioning in each room, and all the kitchen supplies. We also much appreciated the recommended restaurant list! We had some lovely dinners at Fajita Republic, and at Victor’s, he was a wonderful host to us! Guido’s was good too for Italian food close by, though beware the very strong Margarita!:) Napolita’s, though it was in a mall, was also very nice, so close, and welcoming.

We really enjoyed the amenities and location. We enjoyed our stay and felt you have provided everything a person needs. We always bring our own knives because everyplace we have rented the knives were not good. What a nice surprise to see your good set of knives. The staff was most helpful and friendly, especially the gate house attendant, Antonio. We also used the the social membership and felt that worked out well. Thanks again, Mary Margaret

Well we returned yesterday to –24! Left +34....we were very sad. We absolutely loved your place. Had the pool to ourselves pretty much every time we went out! We gave Antonio several Cokes! He certainly is a wonderful man (as is the other guard). All in all it was a GREAT trip. Thanks again Doug. We had a wonderful week. Wanted to stay longer that’s for sure!!!

Everything about this vacation was superb - condo, grounds, pools, staff, and the list goes on... All necessary amenities are in close proximity to the condo - food mart, new Walmart in Nuevo, shops and restaurants. Be sure to try the restaurants on the list that is provided by the owners - you can't go wrong! We have been to the PV and NV area several times for the girl's getaway and have now found the perfect place to return to - plan on us to book our yearly vacation with you!

This was my 7th trip to Mexico and the 4th to the Puerto Vallarta area. This has been my 2nd stay at the Paradise Village Grand Marina Villas and has become my favorite place and I will return soon. The condo was absolutely as described, the pictures do not do it justice! The 2 common pool areas and gardens were very well kept and the whole complex was very well maintained. The security guard made my day even knew my name by the 2nd day and very helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great getaway!

…I can’t say enough good things about your condo and the marina building…quiet, beautiful, perfect weather…we could not have found a better and more affordable place to spend a week! We left your condo as we found it and enjoyed our stay immensely. We even watched a movie every night that none of us had seen before. The amenities over at Paradise Village were great, too.
