We were so happy when we were second home shopping to come upon this fabulous house. The minute we walked through the front door we knew this was our mountain dream home. The views are amazing. The great room is the perfect size for gathering our family. The new enlarged bar area and kitchen island has made it a wonderful house for parties or family holiday meals. We have remodeled the kitchen to make it the center of activity.
We are about 5 minutes to the Beaver Creek parking lots and closer to the movie theater, restaurants, and darling shops of Edwards. The privacy and security of this Cordillera Valley Country Club is wonderful. During the winter we snowshoe or cross country ski on the golf course. Summer hiking is endless.
We have had many repeat renters and we know you will love this house.

Best Home Away Property We Have Ever Stayed

This is by far the best property we ever stayed. We have five couples in our traveling group and we have stayed here five of the past seven years. We are just completing a two week ski trip 21 Jan-4 Feb 2012. This house has 5 separate sleeping areas all with private bathrooms. I have personally stayed in all 5 bedrooms from the heavenly master suite to the study with the Murphy bed.They all have been great with wonderful views of mountains/very nice bathrooms > > This house is in a fantastic exclusive community. Debby's $2 million house is one of the cheaper properties in the southern facing hills of the gated Cordillera Valley Club > > We love the eight person hot tub after a hard day of skiing. Private/terrific view of the mountains and sunsets > > Normally we cook in five of the seven days each week. Gourmet kitchen makes cooking easy and dining room table easily sits 10 people. Nice gas grill on the deck. Debby leaves all of her spices > > Living room is a wonderful gathering space all day long. 20 ft high ceiling with a complete wall of windows with southern exposure and gorgeous view of the mountains. Comfortable seating/gas fireplace/TV/stereo complete the "at home" feel > > Wi-fi works great. We had 8 people on iPads/computers. > > There is 2nd family room, fireplace/tv in the lower level > > 2 car garage comes in handy during the winter > > Most times in winter there is minimal snow accumulation because of its southern exposure > > Skiing is so easy from this house. Less than ten minutes to Arrowhead base area of Beaver Creek resort. Mid week at Beaver Creek we are the only ones on the slopes for many of our runs. Skier drop off 100 ft from the slopes. Ample free parking 150 yds from the drop off area. By far the best car access to the slopes anywhere. 20 minutes from Vail for skiing dining and shopping. 35 minutes from terrific skiing at Copper > > Dining opportunities abound. We ate at 4 great places this week.Splendidos at Beaver Creeks's Chateau.Terra Bistro and Up the Creek in Vail. Dish in Edwards This year we discovered snowshoeing 100 yards from the door of the house.Cost is free.Debby has 4 pair of snowshoes for your use If you are a couples group trip coordinator or planning a family gathering this is a great property for any season. The homeowner Debby is very easy to deal with--the property is kept in extremely good condition. Staying at this property will give you many wonderful memories.

We had the most incredible week at your gorgeous home! You have thought of everything to make this a cozy, comfortable and completely relaxing getaway. The two babies loved it although I think the parents enjoyed it even more! We are already looking forward to coming back!

We can not say enough about our vacation. What made it so special for us (we have a large family) was staying in this beautiful home. The views are just incredible wether you are enjoying them with your first cup of coffee in the morning or that nice night cap before you turn in at the end of the day. I love to cook and it was such a treat to have such a well equipped gourmet kitchen. The deck is huge and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather. Much time was spent soaking up the late afternoon sun until the sun set. The sunsets were spectacular! I also have to mention the deer grazing on the golf course below. It was almost like they were ordered up for our pleasure! The home is warm, inviting and beautifully decorated. It is apparent the homeowners take great pride in their home. Even the linens were top of the line! All in all it is a vacation we will always cherish. We will definitely be returning!

The instant we (4 adults, 4 children) walked in the front door I thought “I can not believe we are staying in this amazing home!” Each room is unique and beautiful. The owners have added so many personal touches. The main floor living area is spectacular with the open floor plan including gorgeous great room, kitchen with seating at the center island & breakfast table and the lovely dining room area. It was great to have a second family room on the lower level for the children to hang out, play games and watch TV. The views from the decks and huge windows are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to settle down and enjoy a beautiful, relaxing early summer week. We did a hike somewhere new each day and enjoyed the shopping and incredible restaurants in Edwards, Vail and Beaver Creek. We plan to stay here again during ski season. I highly recommend this special home.
