Totally renovated condominium in Vail! You get great views of the orange and pink sunsets from the living room and deck while you can hear the sounds of the creek below. You can look up at the ski area and watch skiers making their final turns down the mountain. Our home is located on the free shuttle that runs year round for an easy five-minute ride to the ski area. Additionally, there is snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on Piney Lake Road, which is just at the top of the hill. The walk to Lionshead and the gondola is only 10-15 minutes. In the summertime, the North Trail System is 100 yards from our door for hiking and biking.
Our unit is on the second and third floors facing south and west, down the valley. The kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, washer and dryer, and deck can be found on the first level. All the furniture is new including dining room set, comfortable living room, new LCD HDTV with a DVD player and home theatre system. The is also a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on snowy nights. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds. The two bedrooms share an oversized full bath.
