This Charming Florida Beach Cottage is located in the popular community of Crystal Beach! A great place at the beach for a vacation with family and friends.
Sit by your private pool or on the front porch and enjoy the beach breezes. About two blocks from the beach, an easy 5 minute walk,this non-smoking cottage features a private deck off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
Feel the coziness of our community while walking or biking along the sidewalks of the white picket fences. Just around the corner is shopping, world-class golf courses, all water activities, four-star dining, and family dining.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house is a 2 story 2200 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bath. There is one bedroom downstairs which has a queen bed, 1 full bathroom with a large stand-up shower, 1 queen sleeper sofa in the Den and a sofa in the Living Room. The home features a large fully equipped kitchen. The Living and Dining Area look out to the 12ft x 24ft Salt Water Pool. The upstairs consists of 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and opens onto the outside balcony. The Master Bath features a garden tub along with a large stand-up shower and double sinks. One bedroom has Bunk Beds with a pull-out trundle and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. All Bedrooms along with the Living Room have a TV. There are DVD players in the Downstairs Bedroom, Master and Third Bedroom. The downstairs is tiled except for the bedroom which is carpet. All flooring was installed in October 2008 and October 2010.
GUEST QUARTERS
The guest quarters is 400 sq ft and features a Queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. It is a great get-away for the Grandparents or the little ones needing a quiet nap.
Notice the Rental Rates – You can rent the home using 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms except during Spring break and Peak season.

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25. The maximum occupants is 13.

Our beach house was in a great location and walking distance to the beach. On the property is a golf cart which you can use all the time. We used the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping and just riding around the area. The photos on the internet did show what the property really looked like when we arrived. It was a very comfortable home. I did notice how quiet the location was at night and even in the daytime. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions when we booked the home. I would recommend this home to family and friends since this is a great location to the beach and family friendly. The Golf Cart was the best!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

Our entire family, 14 in all enjoyed our Christmas at Cool Breeze in beautiful Destin. Even though the weather was not ideal Florida temps for December, we still enjoyed the beach and because of our heated pool we were still able to swim on Christmas Day, which was all the grandkids biggest present. Thank you Fawn for providing a beautiful home and setting for our family to enjoy, and create a long remembered experience.

Fawn, Our children & grandchildren & spouses had a fabulous time in your "Cool Breeze Cottage". The 11 of us were very comfortable. The pool was the best of all. I think we all spent more time in the pool than out. The grandchildren had a ball! Thanks for all the water toys, too! The June grass hit us during our week here. The beaches were beautiful. This was our first time in Destin and we will be back at "Cool Breeze". Thank You!

Fawn, Our entire famiily had a wonderful week at Cool Breeze. Loved the loaction. Quiet and private but easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. The guest house was a great place for our family. The kids loved the pool and it was so easy to watch them swim from both houses. The golf cart was great to use. 3 generations stayed here and it was a perfect week for everyone. We hope to come back someday and enjoy this area again.

We had a great time. The weather was perfect. First time we took a vacation with out grown kids and I have to say it was wonderful. My parents were with us as well so it was nice for them to have their own place to stay. They loved the pool as they are not much on the beach. Our wedding friday night was also great. We got thur the ceremony and pictures before the rain came in. Thanks for everything.
