About two blocks from the beach, an easy 5 minute walk,this non-smoking cottage features a private deck off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Feel the coziness of our community while walking or biking along the sidewalks of the white picket fences. Just around the corner is shopping, world-class golf courses, all water activities, four-star dining, and family dining. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The guest quarters has a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and bed. Notice the rate schedule. You can rent as a 3,4 or 5 bedroom except for during Spring Break and during the Summer. No pets allowed. Add 11% Bed/sales tax. 20% Reservation Fee due within 10 days after booking. $250 Damage Deposit required. Cleaning fee of $150 is required for less than 1 week stay.
