luxury 7 bedroom vacation home situated at the Emerald Island-the closest community to Disney, only three miles/five minutes to Disney. PlayStation 2, and gas barbecue, pool table are available in the house. This large and yet intimate villa is tastefully decorated. Living space is 2800 square feet.
There are living room, family room, formal dining room, full-equipped kitchen, nook and laudury room with full size washer and dryer downstairs. There is a luxury master bedroom with an enormous king-size bed downstairs as well. This bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub.
Upstairs we have another king-size master suite with TV. There are two queen-size bedroom each with one queen-size bed and three twin bedroom, each with two twin beds.
Outside is an upgraded, 30-foot by 15-foot, screen enclosed, heatable pool next to a raised heatable spa. The pool deck has been extended to allow room for sunbathing. You can find pool furniture for your relaxation and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. The pool has a safety fence to prevent young children going into the pool.
Pool heat and gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee.
There is a clubhouse in the community. The clubhouse has a community pool with spa, a sauna, exercise room, internet connected computers, and lounge area. Within the complex are high-end tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, barbecue areas, and a children's 'tot lot' for safe play in the sunshine. Emerald Island also has lots of refreshing walks and nature paths with abundant local foliage.

Having never rented a vacation property before, I was a little hesitant, however taking 3 families (7 adults, 6 children, ages 5-13) to Orlando I needed something affordable and large. This house was perfect. It was exactly as described and was large enough that we never felt crowded. The owner was very helpful and returned my deposit in a timely manner. The house is located in beautiful gated community close to everything. After busy days at Disneyworld, Cocoa Beach, etc., we gathered in and around the pool and hot tub relaxing and going over the days events. It was the trip of a lifetimeRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
