Accommodations: lake house - 3 Bedrooms + Bunk Area - 1.5 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Enjoy the sun setting while relaxing in the spa over looking the water - Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri - Cottage Directly on the Water The cottage is directly on the water.There is ample level parking right to front door.When I say to the front door thats what I mean you are 2 steps to the door, very convenient. Max three cars. There are three private bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All bedding and linens are included. The master bedroom has a tv,and it's own private balcony over looking the lake. We are equipped with cable tv,dvd and vcr. There is a open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, silverware and, dishes and wine glasses,coffeemaker,coffee grinder, microwave, toaster and blender. The stove is a jennair with several cooking options. Off the kitchen there is a large over the water deck with patio table and chairs. This a wonderful place to watch the alway's fabulous sunsets,and the many humming birds at their evening meal. There is also a clean, warm and soothing 5 person hot tub on this deck, a great place to relax and watch the boats idle by, from this deck it is only 5 steps down to a 24x10 boat dock, adjoining the dock is a large swim platform, with a ladder, table, chairs and lounge chairs where you can fish, sun bath,read a book or just enjoy being at the waters edge. The dock has been baited with brush all around and there is a fish cleaning station. If you are ready to BBQ there is a gas and charcoal grill provided. This lake cottage is truly a wonderful place for families, and fishermen alike to enjoy. Please bring life jackets, beach towels, sunscreens and water toy's. Pets under 50 lbs considered.

Peak season $185./nt.$1295./wk. 3nt.min. required if we agree on a 2nt. stay the
rate is $210/nt.Off saeson rate is $165./nt. $1100./wk. if we agree on a 2nt
stay the rate is $175./nt. Off season is before May 1st. and after Sept
30th. 1/2 the rent to be paid when reservation is made. The last 1/2 of the rent
plus the $75.cleaning fee &the $350.refundable damage deposit is due
2/wks.prior to arrival. Holiday rate is $210./nt-3 nt. min. $20.per nt.
per person over 8 people unless agreed upon.Must be 25yr. We accept paypal
add 3% fee. All rates include taxes. Prefer only week stays in July.
