Five championship courses to choose from. Your family assumes our full golf and country club membership. No greens fees to pay (just $24 cart fee). Tennis, health club, and croquet are also included, plus access to members only dining room, bar, and locker room.
This gorgeous home has a brand new granite counter top gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom suite is on the main level with a vaulted ceiling and an eight foot sliding door to a screened in lanai. The master suite also features a king-sized bed with a pillow top matress, a large walk in closet, an oversized bath with a Roman jacuzzi, twin sinks, stalled shower and a private commode. Upper level second bedroom has a queen and the third has twins. Vaulted ceilings throughout the main level with two dens. Our bright airy kitchen has bar seating leading to a spacious eight seat dining room. There are six TVs, three DVD players, a stereo system and more. Screened-in lanai with patio furniture a gas grill and ceiling fan. Two-car garage. This home has recently been completely redecorated. Re-wallpapered and painted. All furniture is brand new and owner occupied quality.
