  Last year was our first season and we are pleased to say that we already have booking for 2007 based on recommendations and 2 repeat bookings from previous guests.   The villa and location are wonderful. The villa is like a "home from home" and has so many little touches that make it a great place to stay. The location is also fabulous - it was so peaceful when we were there, and the views are amazing. It is so great to go on holiday to a property that is cared for, and in a location where you can truly relax.

  Hi Helen! hope you are well...I just wanted to drop you a mail to thank you on behalf of all of the Ridd family (my mum and dad, my wife Julie, and boys Thomas and Joseph) for the use of your fantastic villa for the last two weeks. Villa hire is a regular choice for us for our holidays, and we all agreed that yours was by far the nicest we had stayed in..it was everything we could have wished for (what views!) and we had a fantastic holiday. It's been 19 years since we had been in the Moraira area but we really liked the area too. I particularly enjoyed the trip suggested in the info guide to the mountains, with a stop at the waterfalls on the way, a lovely day out. Many good restaurant recommendations too, thank you! We'd also like to say a big thank you to Jo and Adam it looks to me that they do a great job for you, the villa was immaculate, inside and out...we were in on cleaning day and my mum and wife - who both have extreme standards in this area - both commented about how thorough Jo was cleaning the kitchen!

  “Des vacances inoubliables” Nous avons séjourner dans la villa pendant deux années, c'est une villa de rêve, très bien entretenus, la propriétaire et les gens qui s'occupent de la maison sont vraiment géniale. Il y a une magnifique vue sur la mer, la piscine est superbe et ensoleiller toute la journée. Les lits sont très confortable et la maison et très bien équipée. Un endroit magique ou l'ont passe des vacances inoubliables.

  Definitely recommend this Villa. Amazing views, fantastic deck with pool and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun looking out to the ocean. The Villa was well equipped with everything possible covered. Very comfortable place to stay. Great BBQ and welcome beers in the fridge get a big thumbs up from me.   A gorgeous villa in a fabulous location with stunning views. This was our third visit and won't be the last, I can assure you. I think it's fair to say that we like the finer things in life - and Villa Portet is one of them! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully clean and comfortable. The master bedroom has a great ensuite showeroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Downstairs is a lovely bright living room with Sky TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook. There's also a lovely covered dining area which opens onto the pool area, with a gas barbecue too. The views from the pool area are lovely - the hills and mountains to one side and the sea to the other. There's plenty to see and do in the area - exploring Calpe, Moraira, Denia etc. - or do like we do - and do nothing for a week! The finish, cleanliness and quality of goods in the villa were exceptional. The bathrooms were lovely and clean - a big plus point in my book! Each bedroom (and lounge) had air-con. The pool was great fun, especially with the inflatables which were already there! The pool area was well kitted out, with an amazing sea view and a good level of privacy. The kitchen was small but well equipped (the dishwasher was very well receiced!). For those quiet evenings in, there was a large lcd tv, Bose docking station, SKY tv, wifi and a gas bbq. I travelled with my husband and 2 friends - we certainly had enough space in this villa. Can't wait to visit again.... and again!!!!   Une maison magnifiques, très bien entretenu et bien équiper ( climatisation, lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, barbecu, chaises longue, télé, etc ) Les chambres sont bien grandes avec de grandes armoires murales. Une vue sur la mer et les montagnes exceptionnelles. Le piscine est très bien situer. La maison est simple d'accès. Les gens qui s'occupe de la maison sont très sympa et serviables. Bref tout pour passer des vacances formidables et inoubliables.

  Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en 2009 et 2010. La maison est splendide et très bien entretenu, l'aménagement de la maison est vraiment complet, les chambres sont très belles, la vue est magnifique mer et montagne à la fois. La piscine est très belle et très bien situé. Tranquillité assurée. C'est une maison idéale pour passer de superbes vacances.
