This exclusive, air conditioned villa has been tastefully built and furnished to the highest of standards to offer you total relaxation. Assistance has been sought from an experienced interior designer to reflect the luxury of the home. The front entrance door, opens into the formal living and dining areas where the decor has been thoughtfully chosen to echo the theme of light and elegance throughout the villa.
The extended master suite (13 feet x 25 feet) with your own private sitting/reading area, opens onto the over-sized heated pool. You have your own en suite bath plus a walk in shower and separate closet. Secluded downlighting in the bedroom area sets the ambiance of the room.
Two other bedrooms (two x twin ) share a jack and jill bathroom whilst the the fourth bedroom with queen bed utilizes the pool bathroom. Strictly No Smoking allowed.
In addition to the formal living and dining rooms, there is a large family room 16 feet x 15 feet which opens to the pool area. Ideal for the family to relax after a hard day on the beach, at the shops, or golf. The entertainment center includes TV and DVD player The radio is piped throughout the house. The breakfast area is situated so that you can overlook the pool whilst having a snack. Upgraded kitchen has all the latest appliances you would expect in an ultra modern room, including large refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and waste disposal. The utility room with washer and dryer opens to the double garage.
Over 3000 square feet to relax in and enjoy!! Additional fans everywhere on top of the air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. Outside, the over-sized caged courtyard pool, with ample pool seating, offers both sunny and shaded areas so that you can take your choice. No neighbors to overlook you at all as you are safely surrounded by trees.
This luxury villa is just a fifteen minute walk from the beautiful, unspoilt Manasota beach, with lifeguard, picnic and parking facilities. Watch the dolphins jumping or the pelicans diving for fish. Numerous challenging golf courses in the area offer facilities to both the novice and experienced golfer. With two large shopping malls within 30 minutes drive, there is something to suit everyone. Excellent selection of restaurants to tempt the pallet. If you are a boater then there is room to park your boat alongside the villa and the Manasota beach ramp is just 5 minutes drive away.

Property was very nice. Loved the pool and the the music throughout the house. Very quiet and relaxing. We had 3 kids and we had to drive a bit to the activities. But the house was very nice and cozy. Had everything we needed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Hi Alan and Mary A month in your superb Villa was sheer Heaven --we loved every minute --- blue skies and sunshine all the way. The house was all we could hope for. The pool, although we did need to purchase the extra heating cost, made for a great place to while away the hours when we weren't at the close-by beach, shopping or sight-seeing. About the owner: My wife and I have been living in the USA and Europe for the last 30 years. We still try to get home to Florida for a few months each year. We had the house built to our specifications in 2001 and are still looking to make it bigger to fit the kids and grandkids when they descend on us. My wife loves the rural location with the added convenience of the shopping malls close by. Myself, I look forward to the golf and fishing.
Why the Owner Chose Lemon Bay:
This was our dream home close to the beaches of Manasota Key in a semi rural position with complete privacy and you know what - the weather's pretty nice too!

The wildlife outside our lanai is just wonderful. I even saw a Florida Panther once (but then I guess I was very lucky). Beautiful birds.
