Why the Owner Chose Cocoa Beach Club
We chose to buy this unit because of the proximity to the pier. Not to close yet not far. Only two complexes from the pier, there is always something to do and a great place to eat and enjoy the beach. We wanted to be near the pier and we can go anywhere from our location. Disney is only about 40 min. away and so many other attractions. There is always something to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we stay at our spot, we are just steps from the beach. There are shower stations and the pool, just in case we had enough beach. But, we never get enough beach. We also wanted to learn to surf and their are so many places to sign up for a lesson and rent a board, it is very convenient and awesome. Surfs Up!!

Shops, restaraunts, outdoor tiki bar, outdoor bar and grill, formal restaraunt, fishing off the end of the pier.
Largest shop for surfers and tourist, also with starbucks cafe located in the Four Seasons Sharaton.
Eat gator bites in the cafe, drink at the bar and watch gators from an airboat when you take an airboat ride through the everglades. Georgeous scenery and wildlife. Bring your camera!
Plenty of boutique shopping and antiques in Old Town Cocoa. Wonderful, exclusive restaraunts, Hisotrical homes.

Happy Mom of five children! When we discovered Cocoa Beach we knew this was going to be our second home. When we purchased this condo, it was the very first one we saw that day and bought it right then. We knew it when we saw it that we had to have it. Because of the townhouse floor plan, we are able to have privacy because the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the living area is on the 2nd floor.
We love going to Cocoa Beach and staying at our awesome little get away, every chance we get. We've been renting it out and sharing our good fortune with many families for many years. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

July 21, 2011 for just 5 days and nights. It is 15 years since Paul and I have been to Cocoa - it didn't disappoint. Niall (12) had never been - he3 loved it. The apartment is perfect - location is perfect, accomodations perfect, so nice not to have to spend perecious minuts shopping for detergent and/or salt! Niall improved his surfing skills at Ron Jons - both professional and accomodating our needs. Ed & Julliet from Washington, DC came for one weekend. P.S.- Old Cocoa -loved the shops- Especially green applies and Italian Bakery on the corner!

Despite rain in the weather report - we never saw a drop! Seven great hot and sunny days - just what we wanted & needed. The kids loved the ocean - in it all day, everyday. The pool also provided us with a number of hours of enjoyment! The condo was great meeting our needs perfectly- though these carpets make us nervous! Thanks for a great stay. Regards,

Had a Great time and the weather gave us a little rain every day but we still had time to enjoy the beach and pool. The set up here was perfect for us. We enjoyed time with our son, daughter in law & grandchild staying with us. Would have loved another week.

23-Went to Ron Jon (of course) 24-47th surfing compeitiion. beach wide party! Yeah oh ya. Happy Easter 25-Went to the historic downtown Cocoa. Cool place to chill, bought a Pez(r) dispenser, (tweety). 26-Sea World.......yeah! 27-Relax 28-Relax 29-Go Space Shuttle Endeavor!!!

Enjoyed the pool, the beach, the pool, the beach, Kennedy Space Center, the pool, the beach...and FISHING on a boat. The boys caught 8 king mackeral, 1 bonita & 2 cobia. The cobia was delicious & had the mackeral smoked. Wish we could stay longer, but school starts on the 25th. Not looking forward to the cool, rainy 50's in Jamestown, New York. Hope to return again. Thank you! Had a great time!

We had a great time! So wonderful to have all the amenities-the chairs, towels, boogie boards, fishing poles! My husband & son caought a 14" blackdrum off the pier. Location is prime-view spectacular. We are beach people, but did head to Kennedy Space Center one day & did Magic Kingdom/Epcot on the way in to town. Simulator rides were awesome! Soarin @ Epcot rocked!
