My wife and I had a great time. Bea's condo has all the amenities and conveniences that you would expect. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room with a balcony that looks out on the private pool and the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and it was great to have a washer and dryer on the second floor. It was great be so close to the pier, yet in a private surrounding. You can't beat this condo for comfort and location. We plan to return next year.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I just returned from a few sunny days in Cocoa Beach. A few girlfriends and I wanted to get away from the dreary Chicago weather so I researched and booked this lovely condo with Bea. Bea is friendly, professional, and super easy to work with when renting. The condo: -super spacious. We had five people and there was def room for more people. -fully stocked with anything you "might have forgotten" when packing. -kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, oil, seasoning. -the porch. perfect. overlooking the ocean and the pool. -the pool. large. clean. and deep (8.5 feet on one end) -all the accessories were included: beach towels, chairs, games, toys, cards .. anything you could think of to have on a Florida beach. -the other people in the complex are a older snow birds... but are super friendly.. everyone said "hello". invited us to play card games with them around the pool. and always reminded us that it was getting close to happy hour at the pier bar :) Cocoa Beach: -you must go to the pier. Happy hour from 4-7 pm. Monday thru Friday. Always a few townies intermixed with the people and everyone is super friendly and willing to give recommendations for places to drink, eat and hang out. -The tiki bar at the end of the pier is a MUST GO! -Grills at the port. Fun live music. good seafood. nice setting. -Brunch at Barrier Jacks. delicious. -Sandbar. Just south of the Condo. townie hangout. specials everynight. I would for sure stay at this condo again. Perfect location. Super laid back. Bea is amazing to work with and the condo is everything a person who needs to getaway for a few days needs.

July 21, 2011 for just 5 days and nights. It is 15 years since Paul and I have been to Cocoa - it didn't disappoint. Niall (12) had never been - he3 loved it. The apartment is perfect - location is perfect, accomodations perfect, so nice not to have to spend perecious minuts shopping for detergent and/or salt! Niall improved his surfing skills at Ron Jons - both professional and accomodating our needs. Ed & Julliet from Washington, DC came for one weekend. P.S.- Old Cocoa -loved the shops- Especially green applies and Italian Bakery on the corner!

Despite rain in the weather report - we never saw a drop! Seven great hot and sunny days - just what we wanted & needed. The kids loved the ocean - in it all day, everyday. The pool also provided us with a number of hours of enjoyment! The condo was great meeting our needs perfectly- though these carpets make us nervous! Thanks for a great stay. Regards,

Had a Great time and the weather gave us a little rain every day but we still had time to enjoy the beach and pool. The set up here was perfect for us. We enjoyed time with our son, daughter in law & grandchild staying with us. Would have loved another week.

Our recent vacation, Dad with 2 teens and 2 tweens (all girls), was a huge hit. The unit has great views of both the pool and beach and easy access to both. Covered parking is a huge help with the sun and heat. Everything is included, down to boogie boards, beach chairs, DVD's, plenty of cooking pans and utensils and linens (another huge convenience). The girls loved the TV's in every room (including their bathroom), the comfortable furniture and fun decor. We all loved the short walk to the pool, very short walk to the beach compared to others, only a block to the Pier (the waves are better there), a few short blocks to a major grocery store, 1 mile to Ron Jon's and close to many great restaurants. The day typically went like this, eat, pool, beach, pool, eat, pool, beach pool, eat and so on. Every last girl learned to love body surfing and boogie boarding. We loved it.

Beautiful Beach Condo!

This condo was attractive , spacious , clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week in May and the weather was perfect ! 80's and sunny every day. We loved the soft sand on the beach, and the waves were great for boogie boarding. We all enjoyed walking on the Pier and having a cold drink at the Mai Tiki Bar, while watching all the people fishing and surfing. We drove to Orlando a couple of days to do the parks. The trip was about an hour, not bad. It was wonderful to come home after a long day at Disney and relax on the patio, watching the waves, and feeling the ocean breeze!

23-Went to Ron Jon (of course) 24-47th surfing compeitiion. beach wide party! Yeah oh ya. Happy Easter 25-Went to the historic downtown Cocoa. Cool place to chill, bought a Pez(r) dispenser, (tweety). 26-Sea World.......yeah! 27-Relax 28-Relax 29-Go Space Shuttle Endeavor!!!

Enjoyed the pool, the beach, the pool, the beach, Kennedy Space Center, the pool, the beach...and FISHING on a boat. The boys caught 8 king mackeral, 1 bonita & 2 cobia. The cobia was delicious & had the mackeral smoked. Wish we could stay longer, but school starts on the 25th. Not looking forward to the cool, rainy 50's in Jamestown, New York. Hope to return again. Thank you! Had a great time!

We had a great time! So wonderful to have all the amenities-the chairs, towels, boogie boards, fishing poles! My husband & son caought a 14" blackdrum off the pier. Location is prime-view spectacular. We are beach people, but did head to Kennedy Space Center one day & did Magic Kingdom/Epcot on the way in to town. Simulator rides were awesome! Soarin @ Epcot rocked!

We had a fabulous time and will forever treasure our Cocoa Beach memories! The condo provided us with a great Home-away-from-home; everything we needed for tons of fun. We ushered in a New Year, enjoying Fire-works on the beach. Sadly, we must now leave behind the white sand of the beach for the white snow of our home in Toronto.

First time to Disney World. Stayed for two days at DW then came here for R-N-R. Nice ammenities. Love the little extras such as laundry detergent, etc. Pool great and love the ocean. Weather sunny & warm, mid 80's no humidity. WONDERFUL. Wish we could have stayed longer- would love to come back - Thanks!

Two families here3 for Junior Olympics - Sports Acrobatics National Competition. Our girls won Silver Medal! Other girls won 4th place - Then we headed here from Orlando. Condo was beautiful - Love the location. WEather was awesome- went to the beach every day and Loved it. We w2ill for sure be return customers. (happy face). Everything we needed right at our finger tips. Couldn't ask for more. Activities - condo to beach, - beach to pool. Here with our daughter, son-in-law, grand daughter and her cousin. Children Enjoyed walking the beach at night in search of crabs. Visited Universal Orlando. Vacations go by too quickily. Can't wait to return. Thank you!

Two families get together here @ 217 for the second year in a row. Had an amazing time building sandcastles and soaking up the rays. Every night was a blast. Gathering around the living room coffe table playing games. Only complaint is pool water was like bath water but guess thats what happens when heat index is over 100! Use Sunblock! 1. We just enjoyed a weeks stay at this wonderful condo right on the beach - the pictures are exactly as it is! Nice quiet condominium - with a perfect beach right over the dunes. Lots of fun things to do and see at the pier which is within steps from the condo. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach and a quiet atmosphere at the resort.

We really enjoyed the condo it was so nicely decorated,very clean had all the items we needed and then some. We felt right at home. It's a beautiful place to stay, one of the best better than a hotel. I would highly recommend this condo and area it's peaceful and beautiful, you can't go wrong everything is top of the line.
