The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens. It's located on the south side of Maui, about 20 minutes from the airport and right nextdoor to Wailea. The Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaloe Beach II! Snorkel, surf, or lay on the beach. Wonderful shops, great restaurants, and the best shave ice on the island, all steps away! No need to drive!!!
Our "tiki hut" is a ground floor corner unit for non-smokers, with easy access to both the front door,and the lanai in back.It's also the closest condo to the handi-cap parking. There is a lovely well maintained lawn area which surrounds the west side of our condo and follows around the back as an addition to our lanai. The "tiki hut" is among the few condos in the Kihei Kai Nani Resort with extra windows! The additional windows look through tropical foliage, creating unusual privacy.Enjoy gentle trade winds as they fill the condo with the smell of plumeria and the songs of the island birds, or just enjoy the garden and natural light while you cool down with the air conditioning and beautiful ceiling fans. Located in Building Five. The most popular building in the complex! Why?... It is all about the location. Building Five is set back from the noisy road, has the most private lanais(patios), is the closest to the pool, the office and wonderful staff, and the laundry facility (no need to run a hot dryer in your condominium!). Added Bonus: Resort stainless steel BBQ only 10 feet to the left of our lanai!! Have a Hawaiian BBQ every night-so easy and affordable!

We have recently remodeled, upgraded, and decorated, and continue to implement ideas we recieve from our fantastic guests to make your tropical vacation convenient and care free. By popular request we just added a High-Speed DSL internet connection. We have filled our condo with real tikis carved for our condominium, by a Master Hawaiian Carver. They bring protection, good health, and good fortune for us, and all who stay as our guests.
We have an amazing "keyless" entry system! No lockbox to struggle with. No keys to keep track of or lose in the sand! Each guest recieves their own personal code e-mailed to them 2-weeks before their trip.The code is only valid for the dates of your trip. This is the same system used in hospitals and post offices- even the Pentagon!
It has the highest level of security and yet is fun and easy...kids love it! Every guest who has stayed at our condo since we installed this system has contacted us to let us know how much they love it!
