Our stunning luxury apartment rental in Paris is located on the beautiful Avenue de la Bourdonnaison the Left Bank, borders the Eiffel Tower and Park, features three large bedrooms, a living room that can sleep an additional two guests, and two and a half bathrooms.
The entrance and living quarters are located on the 6th floor, and a private, interior staircase takes you to the 5th floor with its three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Of course, the piece de résistance is the fabulous Eiffel view, La Grande Dame de Paris, and beautiful Champ de Mars Park from your spacious living room and balcony as well as from two bedrooms.
All the features in our Paris luxury vacation apartment rental are spectacular, but it’s hard to take yourself away from the balcony and view. You will find three large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, a full kitchen and two and a half bathrooms. This spacious and inviting home is one of our premiere Paris apartment rentals and sleeps up to eight people!
Enter this luxury vacation apartment rental on the cherished sixth floor (yes, there is an elevator) and step into a large, open entryway. A small water closet with toilet and sink is on your right – convenient as it saves you trips downstairs as well as frees up the two bathrooms below when everyone is in ‘getting ready’ mode. You’ll also find a large closet with separate washer and dryer on your right in the hallway.
Immediately ahead of you is the interior staircase of our Paris apartment that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms below, but a few steps further in brings you to an expansive living room on your left. This luxurious, sun-filled room has a long balcony and west-facing view, wonderful for lazing around in the afternoon and simply enjoying your special time with family and friends.
As you continue down the entranceway on your right, you’ll find a large dinning room on your right with an adjacent kitchen. Downstairs are the large master bedroom to the rear of the luxury apartment, two large front bedrooms with views on the Eiffel Tower and park, a small bathroom with a shower and sink and a larger bathroom with a toilet, two separate sinks, a tub and a shower.

Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

“What an amazing experience. The Paris Perfect team took care of all the details that typically would send me spinning. The apartment location was second to none and our neighborhood was wonderful. We try to immerse ourselves in a new place and Richebourg was the perfect place in which to do just that. The suggested shops, restaurants, etc made blending in easy. PP even thought of the shopping cart! It was hard to leave our home away from home, but the memories our family made will last forever. Our four year old keeps asking when we are going home to Paris.
